I like JGL too. He's probably my second choice behind Isaac.

I have no idea who would be a good Sue next to his Reed though. My choice is Blake Lively but I'm not sure she'd be a good fit with Isaac.

My first choice for Sue is Evan Rachel Wood

She's a killer actress who could play Sue as both the kindest person you could meet, but also a force to be reckoned with.

He directed and starred in a small but successful genre movie this year and most of us reasoned that, since he was on the Captain America shortlist, he’d have a good chance of still being on Marvel’s radar.

Disagree about Blunt. Not only is she flat out reluctant about doing CBMs, she just doesn’t scream “SUE” to me. Still, if she ever changes her mind, she could be Outlaw for Deadpool 3, if it happens.

Hell, there’s a perfect opportunity for Wade to call her Yondu.

Reluctant? She was actually cast as Black Widow once, she was up for Peggy Carter and how is a superhero movie crossing the line when you’ve done stuff like Looper and Edge of Tomorrow? I’m also pretty confused by anyone saying they can’t see her as The Invisible Woman. She could totally do it. It’s not a difficult role, tbh. I don’t think there are any aspects of the character that she hasn’t already displayed in previous movies, or at least there aren’t any that I’d consider beyond her capabilities as an actress (she’s pretty good.)

I mean, there are other options but at this point I’ll be disappointed when it isn’t her.

They can't. Hulk and Namor are different properties with different contracts (that split production and distribution).

If Comcast gets the FF rights and isn't making an FF film by 2022, the rights will revert to Marvel.

During the Quiet Place press tour, still trying to find the video, I recall her being asked about whether she’s interested in CBMs being closed to being in a couple and she said she needs to be invested in a role for her to accept and she just didn’t care about CBs to accept a role. She even said Mary Poppins is the closest she’ll be as a superhero, so there’s that.

They will probably try to make another film. How they can possibly make one that is well-received is another matter. I'm not sure anything FF could be well-received unless it were part of the MCU now. Except of course, it would be immediately accepted by all the FFINO defenders.

I just prefer other actresses over Blunt who doesnt even want to do CBMs. Actresses like Haley Bennett, Allison Williams, Evan Rachel Wood etc are a better fit for Sue overall than Emily Blunt
