Comics "Omega Mutants": The Official Discussion Thread

Even without the Phoenix, Jean can manipulate matter on the molecular level. So she can potentially transform matter in a vast number of ways.

I know that she could be VERY powerful without Phoenix, but Omega...nah. Unless this was addressed in an issue?

What do you mean 'nah'? WTF is so hard to understand about that? She is Omega without the Phoenix Force. She has the potential, she just rarely got to explore it since she had the Phoenix for most of her life.

Jean was classified as an Omega in the 6 issue 'X-Men Forever' by Professor X.

or was in the bottom of the ocean for a great big part of it :p

Why do people keep on thinking this?

Omega implies unlimited and ultimate potential. Therefore Omega Mutants have unlimited and ultimate potential with their powers.

:mad:Destroying worlds is not a defining factor! At All!! EVER!!!:o

Relax. Notice I just said that "if Omega merely refers to the potential to destroy the world" - meaning, I was replying to earlier posts in the thread citing that as the definition of an Omega. If you're following a different definition of what being an Omega entails, that's fine - I don't care one way or another. I was just responding to the people who were using "world destruction" as their own stated criteria.

Wow. is it that serious?

LOL. Looking back on some of the earlier threads of mine, I have to admitt that I was a bit childish. I thought Storm could beat anybody and that she was queen of the world, lol. Back on topic, what are Frankiln's powers?

And what are they again? Psionic?

*I'm lazy right now*

You have a terrible memory.

He has the power to do anything(reality manipulation) he put mental blocks on himself because he is too powerfull so now he just has powerfull TK and TP. I dont know specifics about him though

Franklin Richards, aka Tattletale
Incredible psionic potential gives him telepathy, telekinesis, and the ability to alter reality according to his whims

He has the power 2 do anything?! I guess he's the most powerful mutant huh?

Now Ihave heard of him, but I didn't know that was his son.

yeah. and rachel grey.its on marveldatabase.com

I know it's incestuous but what if Nate and Rachel had a baby girl who was super-powerfull and she had a baby with Hyperstorm. That would be one powerfull baby

Nate was the most powerfull, to the point that he will die at a certain age (21), because it was too much power to contain his body....but he died after trying it... look on wikipedia or uncannyxmen.net for that info......for now the most powerfull is Franklin and posibly Jean
