On Reading Reviews: A Different Vision for Us?

People, how long do you think the film is when the start time is at 11:10 and the next time is 1:40?

20 minutes for commericals and previews. 40 minutes afterwards for cleaning and resetting the print. That leaves us what?

Well, how long do you think the film is when the start time is 1:10 and next time is 4:20?

Someone said before that usually the first day or so...all the show time are the same because the movie theatre aren't sure as to how long the movie actually is.

The theaters near me have the 3 hour 15 minute block for this film. I think around Wednesday of next week you will see more appropriate showing times at theaters.

1:30

But I don't know about your theathers, but over here the start time is set for the moment the movie starts, not commercials (yes for maybe 3 or 4 trailers)

I see, Ursavior.

Also, didn't PWR state that she thought that it felt a bit imcomplete or was that some one else?

A number of people have said that too.

Grauman's Chinese Theatre, as of today, as some pretty set times for The Last Stand considering that the film is going to be play there for a while and from the look of the times, the films is about 97 minutes, give or take.

I will see it at the Arclight.

I didn't know Arclight was showing it. I thought they were doing the Da Vinci Code.

Yeah, I just checked. Arclight isn't doing The Last Stand. Because they got Da Vinci, Grauman's gets The Last Stand.

that sucks. Hopefully they'll have it on IMAX

I hope the reviews state the film is 2 hours! lol. That other thread about the runtime is getting me all confused.

Cool, hopefully it is more to our liking. But I wonder, let's say the runtime is 104 mintues, why would they show a 2 hour cut at the premiere which everyone still said it was too short? lol.

ugh, runtime

there goes my well.... hope.

of our theory that is, the movie will still be good, just i figured that **** wasnt the final cut :(

I don't care what the British runtime is, Darkie saw a 2 hour cut at the premiere, I'm sticking with that till I actually see the film.

Different versions don't necessarily mean different lengths.

It could be different angles on the fight scenes, unfinished effects, and alternate endings...
