MATT MORGAN UPDATE
by Mike Johnson @ 2:45 PM on 6/17/2012

TNA star Matt Morgan officially finished up his TNA commitments with this weekend's house shows. At last night's show, Morgan grabbed a sign from a fan at ringside that read, "Going, Going, Gone" and held it up to the crowd. Morgan wrote on Twitter that he was in Connecticut today, where he is originally from. Obviously, with the WWE PPV just a short distance away in New Jersey, that's going to get people wondering.

PWInsider.com can confirm there was WWE interest in Morgan, although whether the two sides have come to terms remains to be seen.

Kinda makes WWE's lawyer look like a liar doesn't it? But everyone knew he was BSing on this one.

If WWE does sign Morgan I agree that he should be a boodyguard. He could be like a less charismatic more athletic Kevin Nash. He's got the fundamentals to be a great talker one day. If he could improve there and learn how to work a little bit better as a big man he could do well in WWE.

Ah, my favorite part: the porno jazz that comes on before the show.

If I were Vince I would call upon Undertaker or Kane to mentor Morgan. Both men know how to work the big man style, while also incorporating unique athletic moves that allow them to stand out.

The World Championship might as well be tied to the curtain cord from now on.

Should be a good match, but predicable as hell. There's no sense of trouble or danger for the champion. Least Dolph is on the PPV.

Oddly mixed reaction to both Sheamus and Ziggler.

WM all over again..Oh wait nvm!Whew!

LOL @ the YES! chants during the Ziggler Kicks.

I could almost hear the complete unision of DBry marks almost perforating the sound barrier there for a moment. :hehe:

Huh, one of the 2 matches I want to see starts the card. No shock there. I really think, after all the times Ziggler's lost, they might pull something here and give it to him. Unless it's already over before I posted this and should just shut up.

Jerry, I usually defend you, but don't try to sell us that BS that the crowd was just chanting for Sheamus when they were clearly saying Ziggler.

Of course Sheamus won But eh good match despite some botches!

How many traffic cones did Laurinaitis have to shoot to make that suit?
