So No Way Out was good but had so much filler, Ryback needs to realize that the crowd are chanting Goldberg, not Ryback. Layla is absolute dead air, and when she tried to be funny the crowd booed, they also crapped on the Tuxedo match and gave Sin Cara vs Hunico the dreaded "boring" chant, mainly because nothing Sin Cara does is remotely new and he has no character, plus you have to sit in the dark.
Cody vs Christian was good as expected, the false finishes were well done and it easily left the opening for a rematch if both guys aren't in the MITB match.
Shreamus vs Ziggler was excellent except for the formulaic finish that once again puts Ziggler nowhere...Oh and even if the techs try to muffle it and Lawler tried to lie, the crowd was clearly behind Ziggler.
Triple H got a good pop when he came out but there was little reaction to his clunky promo, and when he challenged Brock for Summerslam the crowd just had a "Yeah, we knew that 2 months ago" reaction.
The triple threat was quality, the crowd were red hot for Punk and Bryan, I expected a little more input from AJ but she only popped up at the end. However the interesting thing was the smile she gave Punk when Kane carried her out, this is twice she has "Inadvertently" helped Punk win by distracting Kane.
Unlike most I felt Cena and Show worked a smart cage match using the escape rules well to tell a solid story it's just who cares?.....then the top babyface is knocked out and about to lose clean and 4 of his buddies do run-ins, leading to a Hulk Hogan-esque win by heel methods.
I see people comparing WWE and TNA, here's the thing for me on just this month's PPV's alone, I'd say Joe vs Aries and the tag title match were better than anything on No Way Out.......However both shows suffered from lackluster main events, granted Cena and Show put in twice the work of the farcical Sting vs Roode garbage, but in the end nothing fresh, interesting or of quality came from either headline match.
