Sorry about the lack of posting currently; I've been having a few connection woes, and right now can only get onto the internet from one of the computers at the city library. Still, despite the difficulties, I'm hoping to get the ball rolling on Zod/Doom and Green Lantern/Galactus ASAP.

Also, I may drop Zod for a while after he fights Superman, and pick up Nick Fury.

Well, I'd like to take this time to say that I am dropping Lightning Lad. I am a Legion fan, so it does hurt. But it's just no fun being the only Legionnaire.

Would it be ok if I had Peter agree to join the new League? We don't actually have to have the first meeting while your gone, but I don't want to hold up Tony and Dinah any more before interrupting them. And Jay can use more time afterwards to put out some more invites.


On the note of the battle: we probably need to finish up the Doc Ock fight somehow.

I'd think it'd be cool if Spidey joined a Titans team, seeing as how he's a teen.

As for Space Ghost, he's not too overpowered and he could fit in with the other two universes with minimal effort, I don't see why he shouldn't be allowed. Of course, things like this should be decided on a case by case basis (giving the application process a purpose and allowing the GMs a choice to actually deny an application if the character doesn't fit)

Now would be a good time for Batman and Spider-Man to take up the fight and maybe finish it. It would be especially nice if they did it in a such heroic way that Jay decides to invite them into the group.

Forgive me for my ignorance, but isn't Space Ghost a character from a cartoon comedy chat show?

He was originally a cartoon superhero by Hanna Barbara. Space Ghost Coast To Coast was a spoof of all the characters, like Brak, Zorak, and Moltar, who were all villians on the original cartoon.

He appeared under a DC Comic mini back in 2004 as a serious hero, again, but apparentally never made it into the continuity. Which is why this is being debated.
