If you ignore my post, and I inturn now ignore yours, who's ending are we going to end up following? I won't let this bullcrap throw the RPG off for everyone else, so we're going to decide what's going to happen, or else the other players will.

But seriously Sparta, have the common courtesy to do an iota of research. I read three F4 trades and read the F4 wikipedia article, and I'm not even RPing them. What you did was horrendously OOC for Reed, and goes against his established actions (i.e., giving the Nullifier to Galactus in exhchange for Galactus leaving Earth forever. Which, granted, held for all of a month or so).

So, don't you dare go acting all superior on me. I personally am done with dealing with your character, and done dealing with all of this. Darkseid will deal with the people assaulting his ship now.

Actually I think its not over. You ignored my last post because I threw off all your stuff apparently, but now you jsut went and did the same thing to me. You ruined my Nullifier storyline. What's to stop me from going into the thread now, and posting "Im ignoring LT's last post" and then continue on from where I left off with Darkseids forces being abolished? You can't have everything. I think the only fair way is for everyone else to decide what happens. AND it's not OC for Reed to use the Nullifier because Darkseid is A LOT different then Galactus, and under the circumstances Reed would use it as opposed to giving it to the one being who would destroy all existance with it!

If Neither of you care enough about the RPG to back off from the gameplay for longer than 2 hours then you both are as dead to me.


If this continues with two seperate and noncohesive arcs then I am dropping out. And I know for a fact Johnny won't join as I had to talk him into it, and I'll bet SF would lose interest too.
Losing us carries no weight but you both are being childish and self-centered about this.

Take deep breathes and back off from the RPG for a while.

There are other AGM's and this very reason is why you have them Let them mediate it.

1. Reed didn't know that Galactus wasn't malevolent in their first encounter, and still handed the Nullifier to him to get him to leave Earth (which he did, claiming Earth was too troublesome for him to deal with).

2. I'm ignoring your post because it was crap and resolved nothing, and destroyed any plans I had for my character. So, in essence, what I'm saying is screw you. Might as well be honest at this point, right?

3. Go ahead and ignore my last post. Do your own thing. Or, and I'm a fan of this one, we decide whose posts are canon by leaving it to everyone else. You all get to decide how the standoff ends, with Darkseid leaving to deal with the invasion of his ship or with Reed using the Nullifier.

One way or the other, I'm done dealing with it.

Reguardless, ya'll need to back off. Neither one of you will post anything inflamitory in the OOC thread tonight, nor in the IC thread.

I PMed the GM's so thay can go over what happened and hopefully sometime this weekend they'll sort it out. Be patient. Both of you.

If either of you care about this RPG, then I think you can handle a wait to see this sorted out.

Talked like sensible people, and did our best to resolve the problem! Which resulted in two things - he gets the black spider-man storyline, and I get to work with Eddie Brock as a real guy and develop him a little, while giving him a reason to go after Spier-Man. Everyone wins. I know I'm new here, but god damn whats with all the hate.

There's hate because Sparta ignored what I said in our PMs and is preventing my character from doing what he'd do in character, that being preventing Reed's return and likely killing the rest of the Fantastic Four.

Ok i'm going to step in here...

One of the many fundamentals of an RPG is taking suggestions and ideas from other players and working them into a fun and engaging story. Now we all have disagreements in RPG’s but in all of the disputes I’ve been involved with we’ve been able to sort it out in the end, twy can vouch for me their.

I suggest instead of arguing you take a calm read of the posts from yesterday, not what’s been said but who said them. Because very few people posted, it’s very possible your argument turned players away and as twy pointed out this sort of behaviour leads to players not wanted to be involved, and making the RPG fold, which would be a true shame.

Now here’s the bottom line. As I was one of the first to join this RPG and I am a GM, for me theirs more of myself in it than any other (Anyone involved with Marvel will noticed I haven’t post in a while). And I don’t want to come here and read and get involved with a RPG that’s as two people quarrelling

Now should this RPG, which as gone from strength to strength be disbanded because you two can not solve your difference? The universal answer from people would be no. Now how about your consider your actions and their consequences and put the RPG above your childish quarrel.
