Kalibak isn't Highfather's son. He's Darkseid's.

They traded first born son's when they were infants as a peace offering I believe.

Just so everyone knows I'm still playing. I just haven't finished my post yet.

Part of the peace deal between Apokolips and New Genesis was that Darkseid and Highfather would exchange sons. Kalibak was the son of Highfather, and Orion the son of Darkseid.

No, he wasn't. They did trade firstborn sons, but Orion was traded for Scott Free, A.K.A. Mr. Miracle. Darkseid had Scott put in Granny Goodness' orphanige to be molded into a warrior, but he escaped to Earth in his late teens/early twenties.

 Damnit. I knew that too. I should have known better than to question you.

Hmm. I didn't think Scott Free was the part of that trade (as he knows a part of the Anti-Life Equation), I always thought it was Orion and Darkseid.

I could be wrong, antoher thing taught by S:TAS and Justice League, but I've always heard the trade was Kalibak and Orion.

If I'm wrong, I will happily edit my post.

So...what are the rules about NPC's...because I can't really make my origin of the FF post without including the other members of the FF

Well Luthor and King pin have been used.

In your situation I would say go ahead and NPC the rest of the team. But try to keep it limited to developing the character, not dragging them around with you wherever you travel ya know?

Librarian thorn you are aproved as long as you keep your character inthis universe and this timeline, plus i think it would be uber cool if the planet Apokolypse was like founded by Apocalypse or something, it could be very cool and uber dramatic, but we'll talk more of that later. Anyways glad to have ya abord.

How would that even work? Apocolypse is an Earth mutant. Apokalypse is an alien planet. There was life on Apokalypse long before Apocolypse was ever born. Really, it would be a pretty pointless change.

It was only an idea Q, calm down.

Ya I was just throwing out a possible idea, and the fact is Apoc is the most powerfull mutant on earth and has been known to travel through both time and space, anything can happen, just an idea, something to give us a big arc later, of course librarianthorne would be able to have the most say on it seeing as how it is his planet.

I think that would be a cool idea Canuckle. This is a dc and marvel RPG, so it would be funner to make storylines that intersect the two contintuities instead of sticking to just one or the other...imagine the possibilities we have dudes...tehy are endless!

I know they're endless. I'm just saying, we should be somewhat reasonable.

Canuckle, PM me with ideas, but Darkseid already has some mutant chicanery in the works...

As to Marvel plots intersecting with the New Gods, shy of the cosmics like Galactus and Thanos I don't think it can be done. Apocalypse is far, far, far too young to have founded Apokolips, and also drmatically less powerful than Darkseid.

I think Apocolypse and Darkseid would be about on the same level. I mean, Apoc is definately no pushover. Actually, them fighting would be hella cool.

Yeah, I think Apocalypse is just as powerful, if not more powerful, then Darkseid

Darkseid, when written properly, can take on the entire Justice League and hand them their hides.

Tell me when Apocalypse can solo the Avengers (not the new Avengers, either, I mean the classic line up).

Apoc is a powerful X bad guy, but he's not cosmic level. Darkseid is.

Apoc could easily take on the entire Xmen (who are more powerful than you'd think). And yes, he could take on the Avengers.

Apocalype would get his ass handed to him by Darkseid. Hell, a weakened Darkseid kicked the crap out of Mordru, and his servants, which he created, beat the hell out of the entire Legion. :o

Here's a better one: Darkseid vs. Thanos. Who DOESN'T want to see that fight?!
