Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. Thing has always been an interesting character to me. On one hand, he's the hard rock guy, on the other, he's the guy you feel sorry for.

2. I want an excuse for saying "It's clobbering time!" A lot

3. The FF in this game needs building on.

What can you bring to this game? A fun character that all will enjoy playing along side, delivering some great battles and stories.

I'm actually tempted to sign up as Johnny Storm,for my second character,because of this.(That,and we need a full FF)

BTW,a couple things I wanna make clear about my latest post:

-I didn't know how to handle Lex's attack.I originally was going to go with Superman zapping the robot with a massive blast of heart ray vision,but once I thought about it,It would be somewhat dangerous.I hope the way I eventually chose is good enough.

-I realise the image I used is rather...well...large,so if anyone has any problems with it,I can replace it with a thumbnail,if you want.

Nice post, Master Bruce. I have to say I am really liking your approach to Superman. You are able to show his incredible power, while at the same time displaying his humanity, which can often be a difficult balance to achieve. Well done!

And I have to say I was glad to finally see a new post. That is just about the only new post I've seen all day, since I made my post this morning. Come on guys, what's happening here? Do you want this RPG to die?

The fact is, other than the hugely successful Marvel and DC RPGs, most new RPG projects crash and burn? Why? Lack of support. What kept the Ultimate RPG going was a constant stream of strong posts. Remember, the first month of an RPG will make or break it. We've been strong so far, but if you let things slip now, we're lost.

Just have a look at what you've done so far. I have to say that the writing in this RPG at the moment could be stronger than any other RPG running right now. You have a great premise here, One Universe, and lots of potential for interesting story arcs. But the only way to keep it going is to attract new players. And the only way to do that is keeping the thread active, keeping the story moving.

Great job so far. But keep up the good work!

It's not going to die...everythign is going so well...and everyone has so many ideas. What kills RPG's is lack of ideas IMO...and thats not possible in a universe where we can do anything

sorry i haven't posted in a couple of days, i've not lost interest. i just didn't want iron man involved in this fight (would be way too much of a cliche... so i want to have him thrown in the public eye by taking on the hulk ), and i'm saving my next booster post.

i want it up for tomorrow. i've actually been working on this one. not just thinking it up on the spot as i have done with all my other rpg posts lol

Thanks for the compliment, Sentry. I'm trying to give Lex Luthor a bit more depth, give him understandable motivations. Something in line with "Lex Luthor: Man Of Steel".

Of course, it would help if I'd read LL:MOS. I intend to buy the TPB tomorrow.

I certainly hope it doesn't die. I'm really enjoying it right now. I love how the character dynamics have all been brought back to basics. And there is so much potential for great story arcs.

I actually have a few ideas,regarding the Green Goblin.I almost took him up as my second character(Even partway wrote an app)...But I decided to stay as one,so I could keep all of my focus on Superman and his world.

But,If I do decide to take a second character...Either Johnny Storm or The Green Goblin seem to be the most likely choices.

And I think Serenity is coming in the mail. Just anted to share that. However, I didn't get the one present I wanted. A "happy birthday" thread in comunity.

The Reeve films,and 'Lois And Clark:The New Adventures Of Superman' aswell...but...TAS was a primary influence,yes.

Of course,That was mainly due to it being half of 'The Batman/Superman Adventures'.

Yeah, it is. But just not that much younger, like about a few months younger.

Seriously, if you compare some of my earlier Superman posts from the DC RPG, you'll see the similarities, which probably come from our commom sources of inspiration. Keep it up.
