Um, OC, many, many quibbles with your post.

1. Darkseid would never use any mercenaries. He's hired a mercenary once in canon history, and he only hired him because he thought that due to the merc's special stance on life and death that he could be used to solve the Anti-Life Equation.

2. No mercenary would ever be granted access to Darkseid's command ship. Lowlies are allowed on solely for menial tasks, and solely because Darkseid knows their fear of him is grater than their fear of any other being they could possibly meet.

3. It's spelled Apokolips.

4. Now, I'm not saying it's impossible for Brainiac to be discovered by elements of the Apokoliptian invasion. Hell, it's pretty likely. However, it would be a group of Parademons or other official soldiers of Apokolips that would discover Brainiac.

Olcanucklehead, I hate to seem mutinous but you're really pushing a double standard here that as a GM isn't acceptable.

You aren't above the rules.
And you didn't submit an application which you should have done without having Keyser ask you.

Also you blatently messed with LT's character, implying things about Darkseid without even asking LT about it before you did it.

Thats fine, ya didnt like it. Ill take it down. Obviously I lost control over the RPG a LONG time ago and thats cool, I can accept it, I just hope that you enjoy what I started. Ill step down as GM and apoint Sparta*. Have fun. At least I still got Ultimate.

Whoa, Whoa, WHOA!

Firstly, you ceded the RPG to your AGM by not being there so yes you 'lost control' (Even though 'control' is a relative term all the GM is supposed to do is sit back and make sure the roster get's done and the Threads get made).
But it's your own doing.

Secondly, we only pointed it out.
You didn't post an application. You made the rules, is this a "Do as I say but not as I do" thing?
I posted an application in the DC RPG and had an AGM approve me, *Two, actually because the rules for the GM's there are that two have to agree to it*

Thirdly, you messed with LT's character indirectly and didn't ask him. Which I think is a bigger deal that the application.

Lastly, Keyser just suddenly became AGM, if that's because you PMed him or he jumped the gun *no offense if you did Keyser* it's up to you as the GM to mediate that.
PM MI, Let your AGM's know what's going on (Sparta in this case). You have AGM's for a reason, use them.

And very lastly,
Don't just throw in the towel like that, you sound like a spoiled child who's toy got broken. Thats what angers me most. You're willing to just give up instead of try to work with it. That speaks volumes for you as a player and a GM, and none of it's good bub.

Don't quit Canuckle! You haven't lost any power...they just want you to post an application like everyone else would have to do

Also, I liked your post, and i'm sure everyone else did as well, it just needs to be tweaked a little bit.

Thirdly, until we hear back from you on the Mod situation, there are only 3 mods here right now, Myself, Question, and Red X. and of course, one GM

Master Bruce, Keyser, and Midnight Ice (if he wants) are up for the remaining 2 mod positions, but until we hear back from Midnight Ice, we can't really do much

This is the problem without having an active GM. Without a single leader, some mods are making decisions without the others knowing. I just assumed you were all okay with it when Red X posted this. But if I jumped the gun, I'm sorry.

The only problem with that Keyser, is that Red X didn't discuss that with myself or The Question before posting...he didn't even think about Midnight Ice or anything. I don't doubt that you will end up being a mod Keyser, but the only person who can officialize that is Canuckle after its been discussed with the mods.

No dude, definatley not. I've known you long enough to know your a good guy, and wouldn't do something like that unless you genuinely thought it was okay I know you will be a mod, it's just a matter of getting everything sorted out

I only said that, because Ice hadn't posted in a while and we kind of need GM's. I PM'ed Ice but I haven't heard back.

And Canuckle simply said that he agrees with our judgement.

Alright, I'll be the first to admit that my last response was not acceptable, and for that I apologise. I had a rough week, my gf broke up with me twice in one week, and got back with me again, so im sorry if I over reacted, I just havent been taking ANY kind of critisism well this week, good bad or indiferent. But my personal problems shouldnt effect the RPG. And for letting them, again I apologise. If youd still like me to stay on as a GM I'd be more than happy to. If not just let me know. If I offended anyone by not posting an ap than I'm sorry and Ill get on that asap, I just felt kinda silly doing that knowing I could kina aprove myself but if it help Ill post one. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers. If LT could send me some Ideas on what I should change in perspective to Darksied, please do so. Also if ya feel that ya just dont need Braniac, leme know. Again truely apologetic for my last responce.

Alright I was wondering if I could post a new app. I'm going no where with Harv and the character I really want to play is The Punisher. Weaponz2 hasn't posted in the rpg so I was wondering if I could sign up as Frank. So yay or nay?

Though I'm not a mod (yet,if at all), this is the rule:

-You must post at least once every two weeks, though it is preferred that you post more. If you go two weeks without a post without prior notice, your character is up for grabs.

Weaponz2 hasn't posted, so I would think Castle is free to anyone else who wants to be him.
