Eh, all Mods should have the same duties, save for the one that keeps the roster updated since the roster post is under OC's name.
If an argument breaks out, the mod who is online at the time should be able to deal with it instead of waiting for a specific mod to come on. All mods should also go out and try and recruit people who they think would work well in the RPG. Not just certain mods. Hell, even players should be trying to recruit new people to join the RPG. Same goes for excepting people too (mods not the players).
All mods should have the same amount of power and be responcible for the same things. Things would run quicker and more smoothly that way.

Okay, that sounds fair...as long as everything gets done. Below are the mods then...we don't need anymore at the moment.

Good point. There was trouble in the Marvel RPG a while back, when myself and a couple of the other "lesser" mods nixed an idea by a certain player, as it broke the rules and screwed with continuity. He proceeded to go over our heads and get the okay from one of the higher-ups.

Having too much of a heirarchy with your mods can serve to undermine their authority. And Johnny Blaze makes a good point about everyone being able to help with everything. I personally wouldn't have had a problem undertaken Conflict Resolution, but its better if everyone takes on a more general responsibility.

Well that sux, right when I think you and I were finaly getting our stuff solved.

Ya for those of you who have not yet heard, it turns out that the majority of the problems between RedX and I were all based on a misunderstanding. I sent him a long PM explaining my position and trying to solve things, but when he recieved it it was blank! GOD DAMN HYPE! So after that point he thought I was being a dick for not sending it, and I thought he was a dick for ignoring me, when in actuality neither of us were doing either!

I opppologise for the confusion this may have caused, and hope that it will not happen again in the future.

He can see through it, unless the helmet has a specific enchantment against people seeing through it or it is made of lead.
