I may be having to leave the RPG for a few months starting in the end of May. I'll be moving to Ohio for the summer and I have no idea if the place I'll be staying at has an internet connection or not. If it does, then it won't be a problem. If it doesn't, I'll just kill Zod off for a little while, maybe have the Russians drop a nuke on him; shouldn't make too much of a difference, since he's not involved in anything major at the moment.

Just a heads-up so it's not an issue if I go missing for a while.

Hey guys, I've bee thinking, and I was starting to think we might wana expand the universe out of only Marvel and DC and allow the usage of characters from other comics. I mean we already have a great Marvel and DC basis to work with, but if we are trying to make a universe in which all things are possible, yet show how it could be our own, than why could,'t characters like Hellboy (amoung maaaaany others) be possible. All in all I think it could increase storylines and character interaction, but in all honesty its up to you guys, it group majority wins ya know. Don't worry about hurting my feelings becuase if you say no it ok with me to, I am just trying to throw out some ideas to make this bite a bit more. If you like this Idea gime a or okay? thanks guys.

from me. We haven't even begun to properly integrate the Marvel and DC universes, and moreoever we have dozens of major characters that haven't even shown up yet.

I'd be for the idea if we were having trouble coming up with stories, but think of the possibilities we have yet to explore! Galactus, Dracula, Apocalypse, B-13, the Fatal Five, Deathstroke the Terminator, Mongul, all have yet to show up, and think of the stories we'll get when they do!

I'd like to see some Dracula stuff, done in a COMPLETLY different way than usual. Apocalypse is to fresh in Ultimate right now and i don't wana see anything mirroring that, but Galactus.....I woud definately like to see that!

I remember, and thats one of the reasons why I was thinking about it again. But as I said majority rules here, so lets here some more.

Maybe if we had a lot more players, and a lot more characters taken it would be worth it. But I agree that we've got so many potential storylines coming up.

I figure it may seem a little slow now because we're working out the origins and beginnings of our characters and groups. Once we get that settled, we can begin creating the characters the world knows (like having a beloved Superman and feared mutants).

I'd love to see the Death of Superman in a couple of seasons. I can even imagine a group going into the afterlife to save him, rather than Jonathon Kent. Maybe a group led by Doctor's Fate and Strange. Or maybe a group led by Jonathon Kent, who they meet in the afterlife. What a great season finale and next season start that would be...

...sorry, got carried away there.

I seriously have no idea where to go with Zod right now. I mean, I could keep knocking generic Russians around for a little while until I find out what my internet situation is for the summer, but if I do get to stick around, I need to find a way to work myself into a storyline.

Yeah, I'm against adding Indie characters as well. As others have stated, there's still dozens upon dozens of potential storylines that have not been touched upon (Death of Superman, Galactus' coming, Dark Phoenix, Warworld, Oa and the Green Lantern Corps, Infinity Gauntlet, etc), and still hundreds of characters who have yet to appear (Dr. Strange, Wonder Woman, Silver Surfer, Brainiac, Kang the Conqueror, Despero, etc).
There's no real need for adding Indie characters to this game at this time.

from me also. I think personally the universe has enough possiblities to go on for years without needed to expand it outside DC and Marvel.

, from me too. Sorry OC, But I have to agree. There's still alot of stuff to do... Alot of stories to tell. Hell, I'm playing Superman... He alone has, literally, hundreds of stories that could be told. (And I am pretty damn excited at the concept of playing out all of those famous storylines, I must say)
