Right, I ditched Johnny Storm (I've found I don't like playing the good guys) so I submit this...

"One Universe" RPG SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: TheTurtle

Character you would like to play and a brief description of his/her powers and Bio: BANE. He was raised in prison - forced to serve the time for a crime his father commited. Killed for the first time at 8, he was experimented on - which led to his addiction to "Venom", the drug which gives him his nearly super human strenth. Bane is also incredible intelligent. He has an obsession with Batman, having dreamt of Bats since his childhood - now sure that Batman is this demon that haunted him.

He is also known to toy with his enemies, getting them as vaunerable as possible before attacking directly.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. I like the idea of this unstoppable assassin, with the "Venom" as a crutch, an addiction.

2. His backstory is very interesting, raised in jail, killing for the first time at 8.

3. Bane beat the bat. Nuff said. (I don't necessarily want to do that... but it's awesome)

What can you bring to this game?

Ya, definatly aproved, but I reeeeeeeeeeealy wana see some sort of connection, no matter how vauge, with the "Venom" formula, and "VENOM" the character. I just wana see the two universes mesh together as much as possible.

How would an alien symbiot connect to a strenght enhancing drug .

I don't think everything as to be merged together, only things that add to the character's, their experiance and story arc's, not just for the sake of it.

Yeah I don't want to merge the two, old Venom posts established that the symbiote hadn't been on Earth that long when it was found, and Bane will be coming into it all fully grown... so I don't know how to work that.

Although in this whacky world of mixes, Bane may just EVENTUALLY (I'm thinking after a very very long time...) get his hands on the Symbiote.

BTW, I reckon I want to set Banes size here -

It doesn't necisarily have to connect in terms of the syrum being comprised of the symbiot, but perhaps one getting its name from the other, or the two characters meeting, or maybe you could have the syrum be a derivative from a symbiot alien that landed on earth years and years ago. I always wondered why no one ever did a story on a symbiot from an earlier generation, Venom might not be the first one to land on earth. But anywho, its just an idea, in the end you get to choose what to do with the character, this was just an idea for something I would like to see.
