Screen Name: Johnny Blaze
Character you would like to play: Loki Laufeyson
Powers: Super-human physical abilities (strength, stamina, speed, reflexes, etc); immune to all known Earthly diseases and a degree of invulnerability; shape-shifting (can change form as well as sex); mastery of magic (bolts of mystic energy, creating magical shields, imbuing others with powers, animating objects, increasing his own physical abilities, interdimensional travel, thought projection even into other dimensions, mentally dominating others, etc); highly intelligent and a master planner
Brief biography of the character's history: Child of Laufey, once Lord of the Frost Giants, Loki was taken under the wing of Odin after the All-Father slew Laufey in single combat. Odin raised the boy along side his own biological son, Thor. As the children grew older, Loki's resentment for his half-brother grew as Thor was praised by all of Asgard for his physical might and bravery...things Loki did not possess.
Loki Laufeyson soon discovered he had an affinity for sorcery though, and quickly rose in power wishing to one day become the most powerful god in all of Asgard and destroy his "brother", Thor. As a child, Loki gained the alias' "God of Mischief" and "The Lie-Smith". But, as he grew older and his pranks quickly turned more sinister, Loki became known as the "God of Evil".
Soon Loki was cast out of the Golden City and took up residence in his mighty fortress in wastes of Nastrond. In his secluded tower, the Trickster's power grew and soon he became one of the most powerful sorcerers in all of Asgard (behind only Odin and the Norn Queen, Karnilla).
Loki's dreams of ruling the Eternal Realm constantly dance through his mind, and the ever cunning God of Lies is forever plotting to overthrough the All-Father and bring about the end for his half-brother, Thor.
List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: I've always been a fan of Thor, and so Loki has always been one of my favorite villains. Even though he's Thor's arch-nemesis, Loki can prove to be a threat to all of Midgard and it's heroes. He's a villain, and I love the bad guys.

The desert winds blew through the cold, stone towers, the fine drapes dancing in the breeze. The light of the full moon beamed in through the open windows of the fortress, mingling with the flickering light of the torches which line the halls.
And sitting on his lavish throne in the center of it all was the Trickster.
Loki sat back, his fingers pursed up against his lips, as watched a large glowing orb glowing a faint blue.
"Show me him", commanded the Lie-Smith, and the image of the hero of Asgard, Thor, appeared in it's depths.
The Thunderer was in the middle of a large city on Midgard, as he battled a giant beast that threated the lives of mortals.
"How pathetically predictable", mused Loki.
"And that is your weakness", uttered the Trickster as he crossed his hands and sat up, viewing the scenes of battle with visible interest.
"Your misguided devotion to these little monkeys shall be your downfall."
"And I intend to prove it", smiled Loki malaciously as he dismissed the images and stood.
Loki then exited the throne room, his heavy footfalls echoing through the silent corridors as he went.
It was time Loki paid his brother a little visit.
After all, 'tis been far too long since last we met.
Loki then entered a small room, holding nothing save for a large mirror with an intricate wood-carved frame. Runes of many shape and form were etched into the wood all around the mirror.
The Trickster moved up to the mirror, whispering an incantation under his breath. Suddenly, the mirror seemed to ripple as though it were made of liquid.
Loki then stepped through the looking glass, disappearing into the mirror's void...
