So any characters not around last season don't need a summary then?

Nope, it's just for what happened last season.

Keep in mind that not everyone will be mentioned in the summary. It's only going to be a few paragraphs for the entire season, so only the major things and players will get mentioned.

Why not have a season summary, and then a supplemental summary about what happened to the characters (in case new people come in and want to pick them up).

Not a bad idea. We could post it on the main page and edit it as we progress. I like the way you think Batman!

Because it would take up too much space in the first post. Very soon there would be no room for more important things such as additions to the roster.

Now, we could toss them all into a couple of posts and just provide a link. That would the best we could do.
