Well since we can have an all heroes banner, I figured I would make an all villains banner:

Unfortunately I only have Paint and MS Office so I had to get creative with Powerpoint, lol. Also, I do notice the little editing symbols around the Season III part, but since I know nobody wants to use this Im not gonna even bother fixing that.

Home sick from work, gives me an opportunity to catch up with a few things. First things first:

"One Universe" RPG SEASON II SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: nowufacedoom

Character you would like to play: Scott Summers/Cyclops

Powers: Scott is a mutant, he carries the X-Gene in his blood. In Scott's case the mutation allows him to discharge powerful blasts of energy from his eyes.

Brief biography of the character's history: Due to an unfortunate plane accident and consequential brain damage Scott is unable to control these blasts. Living in an orphanage since the accident that claimed Scott's and his younger brother Alex's parents Scott was unable to open his eyes. One day the other kids turned on him, chasing him with the intent to harm. Scott, in self defense, opened his eyes. The resulting blast killed his pursuers leaving Scott feeling guilty and distraught. After meeting up with a mysterious man known as Wolverine, Scott was brought to a secret school facility in upstate New York, headed by Charles Xavier. There he has stayed, learning about the power he fears so much.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: Scott Summers is the poster boy for the X-men with his dashing good looks and lateral thinking he can overcome anything thats thrown at him (Sometimes without even sulking!) Also, I get to play Cyke to LH's Wolvie, that's cool. What more do I need? Oh... and EYE BEAMS.

What can you bring to this game?: The above mentioned EYE BEAMS and a frequent participant. Did I mention the EYE BEAMS yet?

Color and font you plan on using for your character's speech: Light Blue seems to fit me thinks. Arial too, my font of choice.

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As many as needed.

Scott Summers sat on the edge of his bed, rubbing his closed eyes. The day hadn't gone well. He'd needed a chance to talk to Jean all day, yet every time he plucked up the courage he was there. The 'dangerous' one. Wolverine. Scott didn't hate Logan, far from it. He owed him his life. He envied him. He wanted what he had. Recognition, responsibility, a permanent place on the team and most of all: Jean Grey.

The love of his life. At least he thought she was, Scott had never been in love before. He didn't know how it was meant to feel. 'Was there supposed to be this complete feeling of emptiness along with it?' He often pondered on the lonely days in the mansion. Finding out you have killer eye beams is nothing compared to finding out the girl you're pretty sure you're in love with is dating a guy who's better than you at everything.

"Maybe I should start calling everyone 'Bub'." Scott chuckled to himself. A smile, first one of the day. Probably the last.

No your good to go except Wolvie isn't actualt dating Jean.....they have just been rather close and flirted a few times over the last year and Logan has been to busy with the whole saving the world thing to actualy act on any of it, though to Scott it could most definatly seem like they are going out. So the perception you gave him is correct.....but when reality hits the fan for him....that could open up a whole new door of possibilities.

As for the banners, I prefer the villain one over the rest. Every comic RPG banner is all heroes all the time. It's bull****.

Powers: None; uses gauntlets that fire vibrational air blasts

Brief biography of the character's history: Herman Schultz was a gifted engineer who failed to put his talent towards legitimate fields, choosing instead to be a safe-cracker. He was eventually arrested for his crimes, but in the prison workshop, he created his gauntlets and used them to break out of prison, adopting the alias of "The Shocker".

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: I like The Shocker because he knows his limitations. He's just a loser amongst a lot of fantastic people, and he had to make a name for himself. Plus, he has neat weapons.

What can you bring to this game?: Love for the Shocker. A total lack of experience.

Oh, wait, those are bad things. I can give this RPG my best shot.

I try to hold together. This is only the second time I've ever used the gauntlets, and if I fail, I'm throwing in the towel.

Who am I kiddng? I'm not gonna do that when I've made it this far. No more screw-ups. I have the equipment to reduce a man's head to mush, and I am definitely gonna make the most of it.

I step out of my car and blast through the front doors of the bank. There's no way I can be subtle. I remind myself I don't even have to try now. The people panic, but I just keep up the assault until I make it into the back. Spotting the safety deposit boxes, I aim, and...

BOOM.

"All right! It worked!"

I take out every box I see, and collect the spoils, leaving in a hurry. I smirk. Doubt is slipping away. This is a piece of cake.

I turn around as the crowd in front begins to stand again.

"Get back down! NOW!"

I launch some more blasts, and the people scatter. A lot of screaming and shouting. I could really enjoy this.

The Shocker's in town, and he's just had a huge success.

I just checked. He got smacked in the face with Cap's shield and smashed in the face by Rhino, and that's where his involvement ended.
