I said this before in the Bumblebee thread, but I like the movie Optimus better.

I'm not saying I don't have any respect for G1 cartoons, I do, but movie Optimus just looks awesome. t:

Yes, The Only Difference is that the G1 OPTIMUS PRIME has a much more Slick Desgin compeared to the movie desgin .

Based on his commentary, it seems that Liam Neeson was Bay's original choice for Optimus Prime. As glad as I was that Cullen was brought back, had he for whatever reason been unavailable, Neeson would've been a good alternative.

Okay, now I'm glad I didn't listen to the entire commentary. That would have pissed me off!

Liam Neeson!?!? Nah, wouldn't fit...Cullen is Optimus Prime, nobody else.

However, I did learn that Megan Fox is from Tennessee....near where I work!! That was some useful commentary knowledge.

Interesting.......but I don't think I could have stood hearing the voice of the Lion from Narnia in as OP's voice. Nah, wouldn't have cut it for me.

I agree, i still love the G1 design, but have little to no qualms about how he was presented in the movie.

I think in terms of the movie the Autobots didnt know WHAT would happen to BB, With the agressiveness of his capture by the humans, its quite possible Prime assumed they would kill him.
