Pixar's Inside Out. 9.5/10. Do yourself a favor and go see this excellent movie
I'm glad to be hearing great things about Inside Out. I haven't really throughly LOVED a Pizar movie since Up.

I saw Inside Out, it was an emotional rollar coaster. It took my expectations and flipped them...Inside Out.

Only Pixar movies to keep me invested are Toy Story 1,2, and The Incredibles.

No love for Toy Story 3?? It's gotta be my favorite of the bunch and completes one of the better trilogies ever made.

Pretty much only cars 2 was a miss
Monsters University wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either. Shoulda made a sequel instead imo

I agree about Cars 2--it's definitely their weakest film. I loved MU though. I'd place MU in the solid category along with Brave, Wall-E, and Cars.

The praise is well-deserved, imo. It's not only a Pixar top-5 but is also the best film I've seen this year so far.

It has a few great moments, but the villain felt like a rehash of the villain from Monsters Inc. and the one from TS2.
Not a bad thing, but I didn't find it great.

hmm going to have to starting thinking of some new names.

I'll be trying to start up nominations tomorrow, so last chance to alter the cast list!

I made this post in the USM cartoon thread.
I just thought of Pawns of the Kingpin episode from Spider-Man & his Amazing Friends, that one moment with Spidey lying on Kingpin's parachute, Spidey thinks to himself; "If they give a reward by the pound, I'll be one rich Spider-Man".
And imagined how it would look like if they made that in the new show, with Drake's voice, and a cutaway sequence of Spider-Man throwing cash in the air.
Cutaway ends; "That won't be Ultimate Spider-Man like".

And whatever charm that bit in that show gets squandered.

Anyone else think as the movies go on toward 2020 they might struggle to come up with original fight scenes and dialogue?

Just saw Ted 2.

Apart from a few minor issues I had with the film, it was hilarious. The audience was laughing at every other scene. Usually I expect sequels to be a let down, but it was much better than its predecessor.

Ernesth nah I don't think so. It's all about what the fight guys Ans directors want in there films. That affects that.

As for Ted 2 I hope to see it later today myself.

Wow, I just realized I have yet to dislike a 2015 film that I've seen so far. All of them have been pretty fun and badass.

Kingsman
Furious 7
Avengers
Mad Max
Jurassic World

Loving Jurassic World seems to be an unpopular opinion on the internet so far.

Yeah, I've been pretty happy with 2015 movies as well. I was slightly disapointed in AOU, but that's about it.

Spy garnered more positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes than I thought it would get.
Names like Melissa McCarthy and Jason Statham did not make me think it will be anything more than a stupid comedy, and trailers did not show anything to make me think it would get praise.

I know two members who enjoy the show.
I personally never cared.

I know right!

And I watched jurassic world while I was really tired. So I don't know if that's why I didn't really enjoy it. It was just kinda predictable.

Welll guess I'll add Spy to my list of films to watch as well.

I'll watch both, hope neither one disappoint me, mostly Spy, cause I really like some of Statham movies.
