Saw Ant-man. I liked it a lot, more than AOU. I'll have to reconfigure my MCU rankings now. My only real complaints were some poor tonal shifts and, once again, an under-developed villain.

well we do have to remember antman does have pretty lacking villains.

And yet, the first appearance of Scott Lang as Ant-Man made Darren Cross be an awesome villain. Why they threw away the hulking monstrosity of doom and awesomeness for Yellowjacket is beyond me.

they probably didnt want another hulk like monster at this time. And hey it isnt the first time they mergered characters. Look at whiplash in ironman 2. He had the powers and design of whiplash but had crimson dynamo name and history.

Yeah I really like him as well. Probably my favorite villain design yet. I think he has potential to come back though. The way I took it
he's in the quantum realm with Janet. I was thinking he could return and become one of the masters of evil, or thunderbolts or something.

Ant-man at #1! Looks like we'll get a sequel (never doubted it), hell yeah

Ya I am sure in the end it will have a decent overall figure. Now inly question will antman, strange, ir spidey potentially scire winter 2019 slot if marvel ends up with three films that yr.

I laughed so much when I first watched it. It's such a good movie, cute and adorable at times. Definitely one of my favourite Disney movies. :D

Yeah it got in the felling's sever times and may me cry and I thought the soundtrack was different.

I not too excited about the new Spider Man. I feel it's been rebooted too much in a space of a few years.

What I read about possible plans for Amazing Spider-Man 3 make the reboot news a blessing, even for someone who still wishes Spider-Man has absolutely no role in the MCU.

It just bugs me with the way they rebooted it with Andrew for two movies and now again? For how long before they get someone else? Either leave it be or don't make any more SM movies.

You're a bit late to the party

I disagree. I've always wanted Spidey to be part of a bigger superhero universe. And while I enjoyed TASM movies, I didn't care enough about them to mourn their end.

It was a either a reboot or more crappy tasm crap. It's an easy choice, really.

Isn't those quotes pretty old news now from the both.

Actually I am glad marvel is now in the picture. As sony on there own have no clue what's to do any more. I only wished they flat out sold it back fully to marvel. Then doing a shared rights.

As for reboot we won't see another reboot now that we are in the mcu. To the mcu reboots which likely won't be for a long long time. We won't see characters rebooted and starting anew. We will just see actors replaced when they either decide they are done. Or if they cause problems with marvel and are dropped. In tom case I am sure we will see him as spidey for at least ten to 13 yrs. Before he decides to move on and then at that point a new actor be picked to take over.

Don't get me wrong, it would be cool to see him part of what Marvel has to offer and had become now. Its just annoying all the reboots that have been going on the past few years. Usually Marvel are on point with their casting, yet with Spider Man they just can't seem to make up their minds. I hope this time round they stick with it. Its not the movies or actors themselves that are bugging me, just this whole not knowing which direction to go in with this character that's annoying.

I liked those two movies. I really did. I thought Andrew was gonna stick around for a while.

You can blame sony for having to many hands in the cookie Jar and screwed the pooch there.

TASM1 is pretty good.

I'd say it's just ok tbh. There's alot of good elements but it wasn't anything great to me. Tasm 2 really dropped the ball. Besides Andrew and Emma there's nothing redeeming about it. The writing was beyond crap.
