And I used to be homophobic. Then I grew up.

one of the things i'll never understand.

i can at least comprehend not liking gay people, but to actually be afraid? that's beyond me.

I was never really afraid. Just didn't like them. It wasn't until I actually found out that some of my favorite pop culture figures like Elton John and Freddie Mercury were gay and that my drama teacher who I greatly admired and liked was a lesbian that I got over my dislike / fear and became a big fan of the homosexual community. They're more friendly and cultured than most straight people. I'm now 100 % support gay rights.

Oh, and I'm deathly afraid of flying and heights.

i think i respect gay people more than straight people.

i can walk down the steet and hold my girlfriend's hand, and no one bats an eye.

but a gay couple risks negative attention everytime they show any kind of affection, no matter how small.

when you can do that, even in the face of adversity, i think that's real love.

I hate whales; they're one of the ugliest things on the planet. They're so huge too, they just can't be trusted. Don't even get me started on baleen whales with their barnacles growing off them and their hairy gums.

I completely agree with this. To show you're love for someone in the face of criticism takes a great amount of bravery. The gay people are the best examples of that.

..clowns, not a joke, i am afraid of clowns :(
i'll start screaming like johny bravo if i see a spider in my room or places i feel comfortable, if i'm in the woods or out of the house i'm ok with them, but in my frackin house!! and on me, i hate them.

and french people

Phobias are irrational fears. As of yet, I have no irrational fears of anything, especially any type of animal.
