I remember the most scared I got is when I was in Tenerife last summer with all my friends.

Me and my mate Tom went on the dingy out to the island called "Crab island." me being an absolute ****, didn't realise that this meant there were crabs there. When we got there all these crabs were scuttling about. I got S**T scared and asked to turn back.

People with phobias need to confront their fears over and over untill they desensitize themselves. Start in small steps and then confront it full on. Then you will see how silly it is to be deathly afraid of that particular irrational fear.
