If i were to make one c&c on it then i'd have flipped Megs around so he was peeking around the edge of the poster rather than the big flash.

But still i'd never be able to get my attempts anywhere near his.....

i lightened them up but i still didn't see anything. maybe the characters were just artistic license. too bad...i, personally, thought it was a nice touch...

I don't know guys, if i had to pick one i'd go for the Megatron on the right. The one on the left has a 'skeletor' vibe to him.

They're really all over the place with the Megatron design, i mean the wallpaper of him (over in the pics only thread) and the lunchables commercials i see on tv have the first Megatron design..the one that set the internet on 'flame mode'.
They should really get it straight..but if they did indeed change his look at the last minute, then it's understandable.

YEAH, I AGREE, THE POSTERS LOOK SICK!!! I PERSONALLY LOVE THE WAY THEY LOOK!!! I MUCH PREFER MEGS IS NEW POSTER LOOK TO THE OLD ONE MOSTLY FOR THE REASON YOU MENTIONED, BUT ALSO BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE HE'S ABOUT TO PIMP SLAP WHOEVER GETS IN HIS WAY!!! What's funny is that he really is more reminiscent of Galvatron, than Megatron.

Indeed. I'm kinda diggin' it actually. If they never use Galvatron in the sequel(s) then that is another G1 nod like the VW bug in the car lot.

The finalized Megs is great, better than the conceptual designs. Just need to know how Weavings is doing the voice now, and he'll be perfect.

Prime kinda looks like Michael Bay with a faceplate on.

This is one aspect that I like about the posters. I like the battle damage that these millennia old robots have. It adds depth and realism.

that's not starscream. the head in that poster has sharp, jagged edges while starscream's head is smoother, more aerodynamic. not to mention the extruding piece where his nose is supposed to be is the same center piece from megatron's concept drawing (i posted it up not too long ago). that, plus, from a marketing stand-point....it just doesn't make sense to have profile shots of prime and starscream.

the reason why Megatron's head looks so different in the most recent poster is because Megatron's head has always been changing ever since the leaked concept sketch. there are probably 10 different types of heads for Megatron by now...

He is probably the only guy on the INTERNET that thinks that is Starscream. So let him think it. Its not hurting anybody.
