It's a little of both...I just figured if they meant it to retract they'd have had a comparison "retracted" pic next to it, like our original design pic of Prime we got long ago...

I'm a 3D animator and I'm trying to make a 3D replica of Jazz in my spare time, and I was wondering if anyone could find the concept design of him, like there was with Megatron and Blackout/Incinerator. That is, if there even is one. The only concept art I've seen has been for the decepticons. But if there is any Jazz artwork, I'd appreciate it if someone could post it here. Or PM me, that'd be find too.
