There was nothing average about Planet Hulk or WWH. The entire fact that WWH was an extremely well written event makes it NOT average.

And just because you could see parts of WWH coming, I have a feeling that you didn't know half of the things that happened at the end of WWH. For example, you probably had no idea that Hulk had a son. Or that Rick would be stabbed through the chest by Miek.

So I guess my point is: you are an idiot.

OK... so Marvel cancelled my Incredible Hulk subscription at issue #111 and are replacing it with Loeb's Red Hulk #1. Does this mean that Red Thing is actually Banner?

I hope to hell they do not do that to me because I wanted to stay subscribed to hercules and had taken out an extra subscription to the red hulk.

The Hulk's not the only gigantic dude in the Marvel universe. Without seeing it colored, I think we have to take the idea that that's Banner with a big grain of salt.

But if it is him, and if he's back to the Professor setup, I'll be ecstatic. I've been wanting some more supergenius Hulk goodness for a while now.

The way Hitch draws Hulk on Ultimates,that panel jumped out at me right away.I think Hitch also said that "Banner" would be involved in this run.

And I think the fact that Newsarama pulled the story very quickly without reposting it goes to show that someone @ Marvel was snoozin'.

I'd actually like it if they kind of show that Banner is more than just a man trying to go from construction job to construction job, and actually has some brain. Or at least through one of his Hulk personalities.

I do not think that loks like the Professor at all. He is much smaller for one and two the face is very roundish. Then again it being pulled so fast is strange.
