Plot Details

Sounds pretty cool. Hellboy fighting fairy tale characters? Kickass!!!

Yeah, I really like the sound of this, seems it'll be pretty faithfull to the mythology and style of the comics, can't wait!

I dunno...I dig this whole fairy tale inspired plot, but another love triangle???

I hope it ends up better than it sounds.

I'm a little disappointed John Myers' character isn't coming back. I hope they have a line or two telling what happened to him rather than leaving him out entirely.

Otherwise, it sounds great, and I can't wait to see it!

He may get a cameo, but that'll be about it. What I can tell you because it's been public knowledge for some time is that HB is going public and he will no longer require the 'Nanny Squad.'

>^^<

That plot sounds interesting. I suppose this royal family is inhuman.

wow... that all sounds great! i can't wait to see how they portray all the imps and tooth fairies and what not.

The bubble headed guy(is he from the comics?) sounds good,i get a Shrek vibe off the rest of it but Del Toro rocks so i'll trust him to make it work and a golden army of metallic soliders sounds great:up:

Sweeeeeeeet.

I second that long sweet. The only thing I'm not too stoked about is the fairy tale baddies. O well, it could be pretty flippin' sweet.

His name is Johann, and he is part of the comics. (Well, the spin-off comic BPRD.)

Hellboy and him have never actually met, and it sounds like the character is very different from the comics.

Webcomic of who he is.

Ah, but you must take into consideration that in this world there are two kinds of fairy tale critters - those we know from childhood stories, and those conjured up by the twisted, brilliant mind of Guillermo del Toro. I bet the fairies we see are not quite what we expect.

Wow, this could end up being totally awesome. 2008 is going to be crazy. Dark Knight, Iron Man, Wolverine, this.

woot.

Not TO excited by those plot details but in all honesty the first movie never had the best plot either, but it still rocked so i will wait and see.

It sounds kick a$$ to me :) definately something all Hellboy fans will be into :D And I can't to see what the Golden Army actually looks like the wait is killin me!!!!

Thanks:up:seems like a very interesting character and he'll look visually cool onscreen, the idea of him being the poster boy for the BPRD and rubbing HB the wrong way should make for some entertaining stuff:D

really? people think this plot sounds good? sounds stupid to me. woodland fairy creatures? are you kidding me?

You all need to trust Guillermo del Toro.
If you don't think he can make "fairy tales stuff" scary, you need to see the "Pan's Labyrinth" trailer.

I like it all except that abe is in love with this princess that seems kind of forced to give him a bigger role in this one.

Sounds awesome, i enjoyed the first movie and i can't wait for the sequel.
