Ya that is a good thing about own stories now. With maybe little nods to past. Heck can't wait to see what saban pulls out for gokaiger take. As for box set, I say for box it should have classic pr logo on it with all teams in set on cover exploding out from logo. The back box should be zordon/command center. Then the regular back sleve cover have info on each series. Along with what ever booklet/pamplet is inluded, with series images on that, and villain/ranger on discs.

If only Shout were that great about their complete series releases. Most likely it will just be exactly what the individual volumes are. Thats what they did to reboot and beastwars.

In Green No More Part 2, TurbanShell drains Tommy of his powers, but then in a later scene he is able to morph. How is that possible? How can Tommy morph lf his powers are gone?

Well I don't think that be case for this big zordon set. Since its coming out prior to the release of the single volume set for mmpr season one. So I think they would have something in line like I said. And then the single sets be something just with images/logos for said seasons.

They always do it like that though. They release the complete series then the individual sets. Thus far there hasn't been any major changes.

Apparently you can only get bonus features with the complete series and you can only get the complete series through timelife.

Well they probably did that for the big set, so they can just have more space/less discs for the volume sets for mmpr set of season one, let's see where season two and others go about bonus features and all that.

1. Mmpr season 1 in two 3 disc sets as we know first coming in july, second in fall I would guess probably oct/nov to have a window of time between two.

2. A 6 disc full season 1 set.

3. The 40 disc zordon era set of mmpr-Lg with the bonus stuff.

Hopefully the full set of season one to include mmpr related bonus stuff from the ultra pack.

Im thinking they may very well release a 2nd bit set with the later seasons since the guy working on the dvd said they were releasing 2 big sets. Got this from rangerboard who got it from his twitter.

Hmm I just can't really see lightspeed through rpm set happening be way to many episodes. Maybe a lightspeed-wf set. Or a ns-rpm set. But thanks for info. Would be nice to have bonus stuff on single sets. But I get the reasons why shout putting it on big set. Since its us hardcore fans want that. Where as single full season sets/volume sets would probably be just for casual view/fan of select season.

Primal has brian/shout factory guy make mention on the episodes themselfs. If they are original uncut us broadcast copies from masters. Or if they are international/netflix masters of episodes? I really hope shout was able to get copies of original us broadcast copies.

I'm definitely getting the MMPR Season One, Volume 1 set that has a good affordable price of $19.99. MMPR is what got me through the 90's much like Transformers and Voltron did for me in the 80's. Shout Factory is a great DVD distributor and have done a great job with the Transformers. I wish Shout Factory would do the original Japanese version of MMPR Zyurangers.

Finally I will have something to do with all those VHS tapes...yeah I still record on VHS. Now that PR is on DVD, it's going to free up a lot of tapes. I'll keep some though because they were taped on the day that the episode originally aired...those hold too much nostalgia to let go of...

They are doing that since most die hard fans will buy the complete series. And that's their reward.

The last 57 episodes of MMPR and Turbo were terrible. And, Lost Galaxy isn't all that popular either. That adds up to 147 episodes that most people don't care for. So, I can't imagine too many people wanting to spend their hard earned cash on so many worthless episodes.

Shout should have included special features on the individual sets. Those are the ones most people will be buying.

Umm sure turbo wasn't that great. But there is plently fans could go for which is mmpr/zeo/space/alien rangers mini and aall the cool bonus stuff. There is plently of hardcore fans who want those things. More so if the sets are uncut/original us broadcast masters.

Where as the volume sets/normal single sets are more for the casual fan. Who may only want a season or two. Or parents buying it for new fans of the series. Who seen the morphonem marathons/netflix users.
