If Disney ever does a power ranger movie franchise I hope they save Tommy/green ranger for the second film. Let Jason/red ranger be shown as a good leader and a badass before Tommy becomes the Wolverine of the PR universe.

Absolutely. Tommy sneaking into the Megazord cockpit and pwning the other rangers is easily one of the best moments in PR history.

Nostalgia is the only way to get a large number of people to spend money to see a Power Rangers movie. If it's not the original Mighty Morphin concept (with tweaks here and there) than the franchise would be dead on arrival (IMO).

I agree with you also. It has to be refreshing but still has to have that wow' i kinda feel like a kid again feeling. Transformers did really good job at that,well for me at least

Would you guys want new costumes if there was a new PR film? The MMPR have already been done on film, but I agree that it would be best using MMPR characters, zords, etc as the template for a new film.

I would also like to see them as college-age students, instead of high school teens. Just because the original actors weren't high school age to begin with

Yeah , but not new costumes just updated versions of the originals , just to keep it classic. I have an idea in my head , but im not good at drawing or else i would show you guys lol.

i dont know how old Ziyi is , and i see what your saying about Chatwin for Billy but i depends what season Billy your looking and I was thinking more of a season 1 Billy where he's geeky , that Billy was the best.
