C section no doubt. The problem here is that the "now guy" has been on hormone replacement which is potentially dangerous for an unborn baby.

The transgendered man went off of the hormone replacements in order to get pregnant. I haven't heard about natural birth or c-section. How far has the woman gone in the process of becoming a man?
