She then mentions a pipe with "strong" stuff the naughty salt so on and so forth. She's far more direct and open which European are and taking it in a playful stride but she isn't lying. Girl likes her powder.

He's way taller than a normal human. His height is at least from the floor to the top of the chair which is a whole lot taller than any human is in scale to that.

Sorry if this was already discussed in here, but I noticed the conversation on IMDB. The story of Prometheus has him chained to a rock. Could the theories of the ship becoming "alive" and fusing itself to the SJ when he's in the terret be true?

I look at those pics of the original SJ from Alien and he sure looks like he's permanently fused to that thing.

You can't use that set photo as comparison. In Alien, Ridley used children in the suits of the Nostromo crew to scale up the size of the Jockey. So in the film it is supposed to be larger than it appears there. Use an image from the film.

If its the same synopsis that I'm thinking of, then it's definitely fake. It originated on imdb. A guy basically made up a plot based around the leaked trailer last month. If I remember correctly.

I recall it coming out earlier than that, if you're talking about the synopsis with the "Star Beast."

Ever get the impression that thing standing next to the chair might not be alive at all? After rewatching the clip multiple times, I gotta say he/it isn't moving a whole lot --- in fact, not at all, except for rotating towards the chair as it rises. It almost gives the impression that it's some sort of statue that rotates in unison with the chair. Just sayin', I dunno.




On another note:
what's up with titty band-aids? I know Ridley said he's making a PG-13 *and* R version before picking one or the other, but I just gotta say that Charlize wearing that strip across her chest while she's doing (otherwise) nude push-ups is ridiculous. Either wear a sports-bra type thing or nothing at all. Either her character is modest/prudish/self-conscious, or she's not. The strip is stupid: "Hmmm, don't want anyone seeing my nips, but it's okay if I do my calisthenics with everything else hanging out"

From the commercials it didn't look like Darkest Hour was that good, but the pictures I've seen of Prometheus looks good. I'm gonna watch the trailer soon.

the trailer is a direct indication that when ever they said this was not related to alien and it was it's own movie, they were lying, they were lying hard, they were lying really really hard. The derelict ship is the same ship from alien, these guys know exactly what they are doing and I am pumped.

Also don't forget RS has mentioned that what we see in the chair in the first Alien is potentially his suit... so that makes what's left of him in the chair seem even larger than what's seen standing next to the chair in the trailer... hence that still could be the SJ in true form.
