PROTEUS Vs .....

I was thinking about PROTEUS as an ultimate character, and wondered if anyone could think of someone able to beat him when he's on form and doesn't make stupid descisions like going into a psychics body!

Any thoughts?

Most cosmic entities could take him. He was taken out like a little punk by Colossus, anyway.

Surely he could pretty much just melt collossuss into oblivion with his mind? Or transfer into him to make himself more powerful?

No, because Colossus is made of metal. Proteus is weak to metal. Colossus killed Proteus.

Yeah, pretty much anyone with metal pwns Proteus. Franklin Richards, Mad Jim Jaspers, the Scarlet Witch, and other reality manipulators could probably take him, too. Those three in particular have manipulated reality on much greater scales than Proteus ever did.

It's just his conscioussness is so transferable and hard to destroy, if he really wanted to be cheaty in a fight, he could transfer around until his opponent dies, why not i spose.

I'm pretty sure they could all beat him, although Scarlett Witch would be easier to control than someone like psylocke, I think if Proteus took a little time to think about stuff, he's be a lot more formidable.

Well now that Jamie Braddok has modified Psylocke, he made her impervious to guys that alter reality, the 2 named in the comic being Proteus and Shadow King.

So......yeah.

Wolverine gets decked by PROTEUS in ultimate X-men, but psyclocke and the professor take him out.
