My First Day at Marvel

Los Angeles hates me. I got a parking ticket four minutes after 9:00, because of some confusing rule that begins at 9. And that's how my day started.
Went upstairs, met my internship coordinator/boss Stephen, met the other intern Heather, and got the lay of the land. We went through our intern manual and agreement, then we got to meet a bunch of people. All of them were extremely nice, and I really felt like I fit in. Didn't get to see or meet Avi Arad yet, but I did get to meet Jon Favreau. What an incredibly nice guy! He's directing Iron Man for Marvel, so he's working at their office. Really cool guy, I can't stress that enough.
Then I got my first task of filing away comics that were used for research. There was a pretty big stack and the comic library vault is pretty expansive. They have pretty much every issue of every Marvel comic ever. I probably leafed through more comics in one day than anyone has ever seen in their life.
After lunch, I continued my filing, then I started some research work for Iron Man. That went pretty well.
And I left at 6.
That was pretty much my first day. I apologize for being so curt, but I'm not sure how much I can talk about due to the confidentiality agreement I signed. Better to be safe.
Next: Day 2, and X-Men 3's release.
