Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

It is something that the modern day Redford and Newman haven't worked together before now.

Interesting. Thanks.

Wasn't the rumor Q wanted Burt in this before he passed?

It wasn’t a rumor, Burt Reynolds was cast in the role of the old pervy rancher who let the Manson family stay on his land. From the sound of things, Manson basically pimped his girls out to him in exchange. Manson girl Squeaky Fromme was nicknamed by the old rancher for the noise she made when he fondled her, apparently.

Reynolds died before filming anything and was replaced by Bruce Dern.

Those are some nice looking posters.
More personality and originality to them. I think the second one is my favorite.

Also they're featuring Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate very prominently. Not sure how I feel about where this is going, to be honest, but it all depends on the execution (no pun intended).

That tagline on the second poster...
"Hollywood's golden age will end with a bang"

Knowing QT's work i guess we can more or less assume where this is headed.

i think her family members had to agree that she could be in the movie so i dont think this will be Django-Hateful Eight bloody when the bang happens.

I was going to say those are fan-made. Really well-done, but all the drawings are based on previously released press still or images from the teaser. But I think everyone kind of assumes this is about the last days of the classic Hollywood system, which was already in a weird transition in the '60s and had become enthralled to the youth generation of flower power '60s. Sharon Tate was kind of an icon of that at least in the industry, so it seems to all tie together.
