Days of Future Past Question about DOFP Premiere in NYC on May 10th

Ok I'm here now and will try my best to keep you guys updated. I only have 50% charge on my phone currently though. If anyone from SHH is out there I'm about 105th in line give or take. My girl is dressed as comic book wolverine and I have the white and black "the wolverine" poster art shirt. I did count off 100 people when I was walking the line and now there's about 125 as far as I can see.

I'd say it will break 500 around 10-11ish when more start to pile in. Just guessing though.

Hope ya guys are gonna be able to make it out when ya can! I'll keep my eyes and ears open!

I talked to a guy in line last night he said he emailed the promoter and supposedly it's first come first served so if you don't have a ticket you can still go in as long as your the first 500. I'd like to find out if the people checking are gonna allow people with no tickets to get in

I've already supposedly heard some other people say that is true I'm not 100% because I ain't in charge of this event but that's what I've heard from a couple people. I have no ticket and I'm taking a chance either way I was gonna come anyway so it's no waste of time for me I wanna see the actors come mostly

We just hit some traffic, and I muttered "Oh f***..." when the bus stopped. Then I realized I was sitting across from a nun.

I'm not sure if this a stupid question or not but I'll ask anyway, do the cast of the film go into the theatre too and watch the film with the fans? Or do they just walk up and down the red carpet and leave?

No not a stupid question lol. Yes, majority of the time they watch the film with the audience or if not on their own with the cast/crew of the film. The guy who shot up the theater in Colorado initially was going to the NYC premiere of The Dark Knight Rises to kill Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, etc. I believe it didnt happen because he couldn't get there or he didn't have a pass into the premiere. You can look it up. So yes depending on the movie the cast will watch it with the fans.

I went to the early advanced premiere screening for The Dark Knight Rises here in Miami and I saw the movie with a cast member (the cuban guy) and a bunch of reporters for the local news station here.
