Yep, and many of those stories HAVE been broken in the news media - just not the LIBERAL news media. For example, it's not someone's "opinion" that Byrd was in the KKK. He absolutely WAS MOST CERTAINLY a SENIOR RECRUITING member of the KKK.

I think both parties are full of crooks and cheats, I'm not even gonna vote for either in my Senate race for my state.

The fact is the intentions of the thread are to point out discrepencies BY THE MEDIA by not reporting both sides! Not to point out who said what.

Really I thought you didn't believe in acting like a victim. everyone thinks the media is against them, liberals, conservatives, everyone. What they don't realize is objectivity is a myth, all media is biased and subjective. The weak complain about the media, the truely determined individual can use research to discover media that conforms to their view point.

Umm, read the story. This isn't about how blacks can be racist against whites. This is about how DEMOCRATS can be racist against blacks and other nationalities WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE, yet any time a story breaks about a republican being racist, people come out of the woodwork to destroy him or her.

I also noted that all of the accounts against Democrats (with the possible exception of Byrd being a Klansman) were second hand at best.

Lemme play some question and answer like Rumsfled:
Are there racist Democrats? Sure.
Do they take the "black vote" for granted? Guilty.
Have they done more for minorities than Republicans? Righty-O.

This guy makes a valid point. This country is race obsessed and having been the last one on earth to get rid of legal slavery (as far as I know), that makes sense. But just because this guys opponents aren't perfect doesn't excuse his behavior. That's like saying its okay to diddle pages because Clinton got oral from a woman in her twenties. See my previous post about whining.

There was no need for name calling. If I name called each time a negative article was posted about Republicans on this board my post count would easily be tripled!

Statistically this makes sense as the likelihood of a Republican doing something negative is much greater than a Democrat.

On this board there is a HUGE difference in the number of Dems VS the number or Republicans. That's all it is.
