Justice League Ray Fisher - WB Investigation Updates Thread

Maybe I'm just reading things wrong here, but I can't say that I'm a big fan of how "self-righteous" Ray comes off in his attitude with this whole debacle.

Although I agree that no one should have to suffer or tolerate any kind of mistreatment or ill behavior at work, Ray (unintentionally or not) is making this feel like he was a victim of a severe crime/huge injustice. I hate to break it to the guy, but he's not the only one that goes through that kind of crappy behavior from his peers and management at work.

Honestly, it feels like he's just seeking out revenge instead of actual justice/accountability.

I think you should ask yourself why you feel the need to complain more about an attitude than the actual abuse. And why you think it matters that Ray isn’t the “only one” that has experienced it.

He never claimed otherwise and has centered his entire fight around other people who don’t have a voice.

Some of y’all focus on the least important aspects.

Theres no doubt about it, Fisher has successfully black eyed Whedon’s image. And maybe that was his goal all along.

I doubt Fisher and his fandom will be satisfied with just cancelling Whedon. I already see comments that they want Whedon in jail.

I mean he accused the guy of abusive behavior. You don’t really do that with the intent of preserving that person’s reputation. Nor should you.

People who want someone thrown in jail for being a big meanie to people in a workplace don't have a lot of life experience. Which makes sense, as most SJWs on Twitter are like twelve-year-old girls.

she says she did not shoot scenes with fisher.
i'm sort of confused by what she means by that.
didn't they share screen time together in some of those reshoots?
Or were they never really in the same physical space at all for them??

We’ve known this for a while, the cast rarely shot together. Through a lot of creative editing and body doubles a lot of the reshoot scenes were filmed with the cast separate. Although Ben and Gal def have scenes together.

Whedon is a piece of garbage. I’m not all about the ‘cancel’ culture that happens on Twitter etc, but if his career stops here I’m going to play the smallest violin. Bad behavior has consequences. I bet he sticks to producing stuff from now on, he has more than enough money to get by. Lawd. His statement about leaving that other show by his own will is and has always been bs.

He's now lost two shows (the other one was just cancelled by Freeform) and it's really hard to believe that's a coincidence. It's annoying that the company is still not revealing exactly what was uncovered during the investigation, but it seems pretty clear they found something.

Interestingly, they've stopped mentioning Johns and he just had a new DC comic announced this morning, so it's looking like (as of now at least) the company has not severed ties with him. So I'm wondering if there wasn't much there that was dug up.

I think Gal was also very pregnant around reshoot time. Hell, bald Whedon used a body double for when FLash lands on her chest, which Gal and her team were not happy with at all.
