If I remember correctly Ray said Johns "will be following suit", so are they looking for remedial action towards some of the Superman and Lois team?
Wait, does this mean Johns was the one who got her fired from Superman & Lois? I thought she was previously speaking out about Todd Helbing, the Superman & Lois showrunner who got her fired. Didn't she previously say she hasn't spoken to Johns since they worked on Krypton.
The studio is obviously dismissing them as two malcontents who are upset that they were fired.
I feel like they're using the same approach they used with the Snyder Cut. Ignoring things and putting out disparaging pieces in the media hoping it will all blow over. But Ray isn't letting up and other folks involved in the investigation are now coming forward to support him and call out WB.
So yeah it's like @heatvision38 said, they're aware but they ain't AWARE.
Which, from their perspective, is probably what they should be doing.
Actually from the perspective of their interests, they’ve probably already caved to Fisher more than they should have.
What could they have done?I don't know how this was the better approach. Hoping things just go away usually is not the better approach, especially today when people can speak up on social media and getting others to rally to them.

Joss Whedon was fired. If anyone complained about Geoff Johns in similar fashion they would’ve dumped his ass too.
Um no, that's not it. I'm genuinely confused here because I can't see the connection. She says she went to HR and was then interviewed about the JL investigation. But what made her go to HR in the first place and was that during Krypton or during S&L. She could've told the JL investigators her personal impression of Johns, not that he tried to hurt her career in some way. But now I see people associating her firing from S&L with him, when she did not even work with him on S&L and had no contact with him after Krypton. So what could've happened here.
Not necessarily. Geoff Johns is a much more valuable partner to the company at large when you factor in his TV shows being successful and even while his film position didn't pan out, you still see a huge influence from his work on the current body of films (ironically even the Snyder Cut is still working off the skeleton of a story he wrote for the New 52 Justice League origin). They have a much more vested interest in keeping ties with him.
By contrast, Whedon does not have the stature he did when the first Avengers movie came out, and his only DC movie at the time was a theatrical flop. He was the much more expendable of the two, which is something Ray even alleged (that Hamada offered to fire Whedon in exchange for not going after Johns).

Haven't followed it closely so it's the writer got crap from GJ on Krypton then got more crap from S&L by the showrunner there, then was interviewed in the JL investigation about GJ (character testimony I guess)?
Meh, y’all wouldn’t be so exhausted if you took a break from pushing the goal posts.
First it’s “Ray needs support.” Okay. He gets that from folks sharing similar stories about Whedon and from cast and crew mates like Kiersey Clemons, Karen Bryson and Snyder.
Then it’s “he needs corroboration from folks who were actually there during reshoots.” Okay. He gets that from Momoa and Gadot.
Then it’s “we’ll have to see what Warner finds in their investigation.” Okay. They take remedial action and cut ties with Whedon.
Then it’s “Whedon doesn’t deserve to lose work. We don’t even know that he did anything that bad. He was under a lot of pressure.” Okay. Charisma Carpenter offers her story and full support for Ray.
Then it’s “alright Whedon was probably a bad guy. But that has nothing to do with Johns and Hamada.” Okay. So Ray says Johns threatened his career for escalating his issues with Whedon/displayed racism and that Hamada tried to protect Johns during the investigation.
Then it’s the wild ass claims that Johns was probably just trying to let Ray know how Hollywood works and that Hamada has every right to believe his friend Johns. Okay. So employment laws are broken down multiple times here explaining how all that is illegal.
Then it’s well “we’ve never heard of Johns being a bad guy in the industry.” Okay. But Diane Nelson disavowed him on Twitter in 2019.
Then it’s “well that’s one person and doesn’t mean he’s a racist or anything.” Okay. Nadria Tucker tweets about a racist conversation with Johns and Ray then offers up a similar account.
Then it’s just making fun of Ray for caring about genitalia. Okay. It’s explained how the desexualization of black makes is a long standing, highly problematic trope in media.
And now you’ve somehow gotten to “oh how it’s all just so exhausting trying to maintain the middle ground when everyone here is oh so sensitive and blindly defending Ray.”
Y’all are wild as hell.
Well studios and everyone in general knuckles under to social media too much. If they would just ignore Twitter and not react to it, it wouldn't have the power that they've granted it.
Serious problems NEVER go away by ignoring them. That goes for every situation, not only this one.
