I was watching Growing Pains today and realized something....

Eli Manning looks just like young Alan Thicke!

Geez. Let's hope his kids don't grow up to be the next generation of Kirk Camerons.

Met Steve Weatherford and Lawrence Tynes of the Giants yesterday, really 2 of the nicest guys I've ever got an autograph from.

NFL Network's Top 100 as voted on by the players is up & running again. SO far?

Romo at #91

Tebow at #95

Clearly players and media aren't on the same page. As as far as ESPN is concerned, Romo is a perpetual top ten.

Tebow being in the top 100 will probably bother more than anything else that might be revealed.

I wonder what the Jaguars were thinking when they took a punter in the third round of this years draft.

I almost spit my drink all over my computer.

Ha! Alright, that got me as well.

I'm actually still giggling about that name ... might be the beer, too.

Vilma - Whole Year including Super Bowl
Hargrove - 8 games
Smith - 4 games
Fujita (Now with Browns) - 3 games

They all seem fair to me. I'm actually surprised the hammer did not drop on more players. It seems like Goodell really did hold back to only the players whose guilt he could prove beyond all reasonable doubt.

The Hammer is not bull****ting with this bounty fallout. Damn.

Now we gotta hear from Saints fans about the conspiracy against their team.

Man, to take a year away from a football player? That is beyond harsh IMO. Sean Payton will come back in a year and get his old job back or a new one the day the suspension is lifted. Gregg Williams if he's ever allowed back will get a job the day of. Losing a year or two is not a big deal to old dudes who will continue coaching for 20-30 years. A year for a football player? Might as well force him to retire.

I think it was a year for Vilma because he specifically offered up money to injure another player. He wasn't just bounty hunting, he was offering the bounty.

Was there not supposed to be over 20 players ? Or is Roger doing this little by little ?

i find some of the suspensions unfair to the other teams though. for example, the rams are paying the price for greg williams punishment along with the man himself. the league should have just waited a year before suspending the saints personnel involved in the bounty who moved to other teams this season.

Vilma found out about his punishment from watching Sports Center & was not told
