Sorry if someone already pointed this out, but I realized a plot hole in the synopsis. There are pics of Sandman/Flint in his prison clothes on the photo thread, so that is obviously a scene that takes place before he becomes Sandman and this synopsis states that he's already Sandman with no origin.

The whole supersonic thing is also too stupid.

unless it is a flashback of him in the prison outfit..maybe during the same flashback involving uncle ben?

Gwen dies!! her father dies!!! Harry dies!!!!! Sandman dies!!!!!!!!!! HOLY ****!! I can see this movie getting a big opening weekend and then 65%+ drop secon weekend ALA X3.

Not enough screen time for Gwen stacy and her father.
They don't tell how sandman gets his power!!
why?? because they all are FILLER MATERIAL for extra action sequences.

VENOM is the main villain so ofcourse they will show how venom becomes venom!!!

PEOPLE especially KIDS will be extremely dissapointed with this movie if it is exactly like this script becasue the movie is so DARK, spider-man becomes villain for sometime, charactes dying!!! I can guarantee you that the movie will be destroyed when shrek 3 and POTC 3 comes out

it's not a script. it's a basic outline. i readed the same sort of thing for star wars episode 2 way before it came out and it was pretty much how the movie was exacpt they added and took things out and some of the sence played out differant on film. like anakin killing the sand people and yoda's fight with dooku. point being if it's true it won't be exactily like this word for word

After the teaser trailer, and the info we have, anybody with half a brain could have wrote a plausible description.

Plus, anyone that knows anything about screenplays knows that there is way too much going on here to fit all of that in a two hour movie. Plus, Sony would never let the movie be that dark where everyone dies.

i can see this opening $140+ opening weekend BUT from there on BAD legs a multiplier of 2.3-2.5

when this moive comes out and does really well and everyone loves it your going to feel really dumb. people said the exact same thing about the first too i thought the first one was going to suck but well we all know how that went. how many times does sam have to prove him self to you people so you can just trust him atleast until the movie comes out. if it comes out and sucks i'll be the first one to come out and say i was wrong. but i think we owe him the benefit of the doubt

Even the first two paragraphs have a major flaw:

The scenes of MJ'S play were shot at night... all of the entrances and exits from the theaters (both the broadway one AND the Cobberhill (sp?) one were filmed during darkness.... as was the entire Green Goblin fight (from the trailer). That being said, there is no possible way that the Chris Tucker cameo can be in the right place; as it was filmed during daylight. Also, the Chris Tucker cameo was directly related to a Sandman fight, considering how it was filmed during the armored truck sequences. The "Chris Tucker" taxi was also parked outside of a bank...... not a theater.

Come to think of it, NOTHING from the Cobberhill filming was mentioned here: No one was kidnapped in a car. Chances are that this was written at a previous time, or the writer was oblivious to that scoop.

Next we're introduced to Eddie Brock, a rival photographer at the Daily Bugle that always competes with Peter. There is tension between the two from the get-go, mostly on Brock's behalf. JJ informs both men that there is a promotion available, and that the man who gets more incriminating shots of Web-Head will get the job. JJ assigns them both to take pictures at the Spider-Man Appreciation Day event the next day.

The next morning at the Bugle, JJ is going crazy over the Sandman pictures and Spidey being beaten. In a comedy moment, Hoffman and JJ name the Sandman. JJ praises BRock for his photo's.

Him offering a promotion...? And praising somebody?! HELL NO. Even if they are pics of Spidey beaten up...
