This script description was doing just fine until it got to the part about Captain Stacy dying before Harry. We have seen pics of him with Peter at Harry's funeral.

So this is obviously BS! Though being from IMDB, that's hardly a surprise.

I think it's just that Raimi has decided that New York's relationship with Spidey should be the same as Metropolis's is with Superman or Centrel Cities' is with Flash. It's not entirely consistent with the last 2. Yeah, we know Spidey has a hipster street performer followning, but a full on Spidey day...

they made me take down the one of christian bale running around naked with a chainsaw, so i went with this classic scene from the remake of "dawn of the dead", it's the scene were the homesexual crossing dressing geriatric loses conrtol of a chainsaw on their escape vehicle, and saws into the ****ty blonde girl who enjoys having sex with yuppie men while being taped for future amussement.......

Ah! Now I remember ... the remake was a bit gory yeah. I dont get why The Hostel was labeled as one of the goriest films ever. Oh well

They better not screw around with Venom! Topher looks good as Eddie Brock but I have my doubts about the size of him in a costume ( IF there is ever gonna be one for him ) CGI Venom ( bigger then Spiderman ) would certainly do it for me. Even if its 10 minutes , its still Venom.

Lets just hope Raimi makes the cheesy-ness in this IMDB Synopsis turn out good

The thing that really bugs me about the script is the purpose of Ben Reilly. Why did that character have to have the name BEN REILLY? Raimi would never do this (At least I hope not).

Some of this script points out very interesting details though. I think some of it may be true. But as Doc Ock pointed out, Captain Stacy is with Peter at Harry's funeral, so some of it is false. But if you look at the trailer, and go back and read this, some of it kind of makes sense. Like the part where Harry and Peter are fighting and Peter is trying to save his ring while fighting. So I'm not saying I believe this script totally, but some of it may be true.

And since this movie is darker, I wouldn't expect anything, but more fights. Plus, you got three villains in this movie. I hope they give Sandman more spotlight though. The script makes it look like Venom is the main villain, and I don't want him to be the main villain.

I also want more time with Harry in this movie. If he dies, which he will, I want Harry to go out like a hero, like the script says, dying in Peter's arms. That is a very fitting ending to Harry.

It would surprise the hell out of me if Norman Osborn is indeed back.

For some reason, I can't see Captain Stacy dying, now I want Gwen to survive this movie, but if she doesn't, I wouldn't be surprised.

Don't worry... Sandman IS the main villain and the STacy's both live for the reasons you pointed out (Gwen lives... already confirmed)... Norman is gone (only in flashbacks)... but the script does make a lot of interesting points about Sandman and the suit.

exactly. this came out AFTER the teaser trailer. if you've seen all the photos from the set, and watched the trailer, then decided "I think I'll make a fake script." wouldn't you use what's already been confirmed by trailers and photos?
