It isn't getting shown here in Iceland. Yet, at least. So I'm watching it...by other means.

I think it definitely started out in that vein, but was quick to become something different entirely.
On an unrelated note, I get so pissed off every time Sam turns the Devil down for beer, ice cream or whatever. Man, I would love to hang out with that dude. Especially if I was going to hell for all eternity when I died, it wouldn't hurt having friends in high places when I got there.
Anyone else think that the Devil may have lost his rights to Sam's soul last night ?
He looked worry when Sam used the card to save Greg's ass. When that scene played out I immediately thought of Constantine. Where the devil is about to take Constantine back to hell with him. But because Constantine sacrificed himself to save another. Heaven opened it's door to Constantine.

I agree, I think the devil was just dismayed because Sam is learning how to play his game and avoid corrupting himself. That's the whole point of this episode: Sam is tempted, falters, regains his moral righteousness, and comes out better for it.Well, in Constantine he sins his way to hell not sell his soul. I think its more about losing his grasp on Sam. The devil tempts Sam to the verge of sin constantly. Plus since the good deeds plan worked I think its more like that. Its like the biggest act of kindness ever.
If the devil lost his rights, the show would be over
