Anyways sorry I just need to chill, but dude seriously all of these little cheap shots at me for liking a game. What the hell is up with that, do you see me making fun of you guys for liking Gears of War?

Why do you guys feel it is your duty to come into this thread, throw crap around and then make fun of me for liking the game. Saying that I would rather play it than helping out my dieing friend is ridiculious.

I know you guys are joking but sometimes its hard to tell when and when you are not, you don't have the tone of voice to back up if its a joke or if they are being serious.

I just sometimes take it to heart when I get made fun of for liking this game because I just wanted to be able to come on here, and talk with other people who are also interested in this game. However it seems no one is and i'm all alone.

I think the game looks cool, hope oit plays well as actual gameplay ranks higher to me than visuals. Yes good graphics are wanted, but I want god game play more.

I almost bought a 360 yesterday but decided against it when I saw the library of games. Not enough out yet to make me really want one.

Other than Gears anything else supposed to be great coming out soon?

i think this game is going to be like killzone but with the problems fixed. it's using a similar streaming system. but with the PS3, those problems can be fixed with a major graphical upgrade aswell. since the specs are there to do so. all there is not to like is the style really. hopefully they've got enough time to get the game finished. i hear it might be out on the european PS3 release date. so they've got a while i guess. they'll drop that bomb at TGS probably.

I'm pretty sure its an 06 launch title so it's a lock for the European launch. The game actually seems a lot more "Run and Gun" then Killzone or Halo but we've only seen a few levels.

Well, since it's a launch title, by the time the PS3 has a price drop, this game'll be pretty cheap. Sweet.

That is the most bullshot shot of CoD2 I have ever seen. THe game looks NOTHING like that when you're playing it, and I have played the real thing with an HD TV. CoD3 murders CoD2 though, and Resistance looks better then CoD2 EASILLY. Resistance isn't a GEars, but it's no CoD2.

the shot is a super high res version shrunk down. also the begining of the level could be video in the same style as the game. stream one while decompressing the other.

but for stratagy shooting we have MGS4. MGS and Gears actually have some similarities.
