My dream scenario, he's playing a canonized Grand Admiral Thrawn. He's certainly got the look for it.
What's the big deal with Thrawn? I never read any of the SW books so I always feel out of the loop when anybody talks about him. He looks ****ing awesome though

CORRECTION: Lucasfilm says reports that Star Wars: The Force Awakens would be regrouping for reshoots in Ireland this month are erroneous and that the actual plan is to begin shooting sequences from director Rian Johnson’s 2017 sequel Episode VIII.
It is understood some equipment that will be used in the upcoming film shoot has already been taken to Skellig, but bad weather has hampered attempts to bring more cargo across to the island.
So it looks like Olivia Cooke had nabbed the lead female role in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One, which is also set for 2017, so she's certainly out of the running for this movie.

Irish Examiner - Boatmen told to give Skellig ‘wide berth’ for Star Wars shoot
Boats have been officially instructed to give Skellig Michael “a wide berth” over the coming week due to the Star Wars film shoot taking place on the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A marine notice issued yesterday by the Department of Transport said the shoot was due to take place between 5am this Monday and 7pm on Friday, although the instruction appears to fall short of the exclusion zone set up during filming on the island in summer 2014.
The Force is already with us!
Debate raged over whether Star Wars should be permitted back to Skellig Michael this week, but as of Tuesday, the Force was already with us - the director Rian Johnson, producer Ram Bergman and director of photography Steve Yedlin for the film were all on Skellig Michael.

Return of the Jedi to Skellig Michael
Debate raged over whether Star Wars should be permitted back to Skellig Michael this week - but Kerry's Eye can exclusively reveal that as of Tuesday, the Force is already with us.
A huge production crew for Star Wars VIII - the sequel to the film shot on the World Heritage Site last year - arrived in South Kerry on Tuesday and visited Skellig Michael.
The director, producer and head of photography for the blockbuster film - along with up to 30 pre-production crew, were ferried on to the island at around 2.30pm.
Star Wars VIII director and writer Rian Johnson, producer Ram Bergman and Director of Photography Steve Yedlin - possibly the most important figures in the production, apart from the stars - were amongst the crew members on the island on Tuesday.
The crew brought no equipment on board the boats with them, but it is understood that they were walking the island and taking pictures, and spent a number of hours surveying the area.

Irish Times - Skellig Michael ‘Star Wars’ filming cancelled amid high winds
September 14, 2015
High winds around Portmagee and Ballinskelligs saw filming of Star Wars: Episode VIII on the Unesco World heritage site of Skelllig Michael cancelled on Monday morning, with the small boats which service the site refusing to go to sea.
Locals say the seas were too rough for the boats on Monday morning.
Irish Examiner - Bad weather halts Star Wars filming on Skellig Michael
September 15, 2015
Weather conditions and sea swells dictated that Skellig Michael was not going to be accessible by boat for the film crew hoping to begin shooting Star Wars Episode VIII yesterday, with all filming postponed until today.
A crew of around 100 people and cast members, includingMark Hamill who will reprise his Luke Skywalker role, are expected to be on the boats due to leave Portmagee today at 7am.
Hamill’s son Nathan was spotted checking in to the Butler Arms Hotel in Waterville yesterday afternoon — no surprise as the actor’s three children accompanied him to Kerry last year also for filming.
A private jet landed at Kerry Airport at 10.30am yesterday and some time later, four limousines were seen exiting the airport.
Other crew members are staying in the newly refurbished Sea Lodge Hotel also in Waterville, while others will stay in the Ocean View holiday village in Portmagee, which has been booked out for the duration of filming with security men on duty around the clock.
The Irish weather brought no surprises yesterday as the first day of shooting for Star Wars Episode VIII was postponed due to bad weather. The seas were so rough around Skellig Michael, that the boats couldn't land. So for Rian Johnson and his crew, yesterday was literally a washout.
Today was far more eventful, with somewhat decent weather allowing the cast and crew gain access to the Island this evening. Mark Hamill was on site, reprising his role as Luke Skywalker and like the shoot for episode VII, his family were in tow, with his son Nathan, instagramming some wonderful pictures of the local scenery. We're also hearing Daisy Ridley along with her stunt double is also in the area and were also out on Skellig Michael this evening.
Not sure how we put this when it comes to political correctness, but we're also getting reports of a "little person" coming ashore this evening with the crew. No Ewok costumes were in sight, thankfully. We're informed it was most definitely not Kenny Baker and with no sign of an R2 prop in sight, we wonder just exactly what their role is.
----
In reference to our little person comment, we know believe that the little person who came ashore this evening was indeed Kenny Baker, who of course plays R2-D2. Looks like Luke had some company on Skellig Michael!
But after deciding on a winner the man who plays the famous droid couldn’t stick around as he promptly left to catch a flight to carry on work on the newest Stars Wars movie, The Force Awakens.
A veil of secrecy surrounds the filming, but amongst the Hollywood names arriving in Kerry wasin the new film and the Star Wars film to be released in December.British actress Daisy Ridley, who plays the lead role

According to local sources, it is expected that filming will be finished on Skellig Michael today (Thursday), September 17th.
Have you ever heard the old joke about the Jedi who walked into a bar? Well that was certainly no joke last night as Luke Sykwalker stopped off in a pub in Co Kerry to lend a hand behind the bar.
There was a great atmosphere in the bar last night as Luke Skywalker got behind the bar to give the lads a hand pouring Guiness, Steve Lynott said.
He was very generous with his time. Despite getting off the shoot late in the day, he stood for pictures and signed autographs for children and still had to get up early this morning for more filming.
A source revealed: There were around 100 film crew members working on the island.
They came on a powerful boat that takes only 20minutes to get from Portmagee to the island.
Production lasted three days.
They wanted to begin on Monday originally, but the weather was so bad that no one could get on or off the island.
So they began on Tuesday, and finished on Thursday night.
Theyd booked another three days, but they didnt need them in the end, it was wrapped up a lot quicker than expected, thanks to the weather improving.
An insider said: Daisy was filming a fighting scene from 8am one day in a flat area up a first set of steps.
The effects team made some fake rocks.
They looked incredible, just like the real thing, those who have never been to the island wouldnt have realised they were fake.
One of them was placed where Daisy shot one of the action scenes. She was swinging around. Youd imagine theyll add her lightsabers during the editing
A 15 minute-climb leads to the monastery, a few metres from where another fight scene was reportedly shot.
