Awesome to hear about prisoners doing something like that. Usually it's the whole 'prisoners are jerks and rioting' thing.

Yeah the Justice System is royally ****ed up in a lot of places. You can get 5-10 for rape and some guy could get 25-life for assault. You beat down some guy and he's better in a few months and get life but when you rape somebody you could get out in a few years with good behaviour. That's not even talking about the 'money prisons' that get run. A whole lot of systems need to get a complete overhaul in the USA, the healthcare, prisons/justice, ect.

Goes to show what? That some prisoners, despite the bad things they've done to land themselves there, are still not as terrible as other, much worse prisoners? They did what pretty much any non-psychopathic person would do if he saw someone about to be raped. I'm not sure why we're surprised that some prisoners are still human beings. If they all stood there and did nothing but watched, now that would be shocking.

Rapist's and child molesters/killers are the ones who get their a$$ handed to them in prisons eventually.
