Let's discuss the Fastest Man Alive's foes here. Which ones so you want or expect to see on the big screen? What actors do you want to play them? Discuss.

I'd want Mirror Master, Multiplex or Captain Cold and the Rogues as The Flash villains.

I expect Professor Zoom in the solo movie. Don't know who id want to play him.

I do worry if they might table some foes from the films if they are on the series too. Wentworth Miller's Capt. Cold was pretty spot on. I'd need a film version of that character to be as good as his portrayal.

^^ It was good, yeah... but that just only increases my desire to see him in the big screen. Captain Cold is a good choice. and they can connect him with the Suicide Squad in some way.

I think they should introduce a few of the Rogues in the beginning. Start the movie off with Barry foiling a crime of theirs before they get their weapons, setting them up to unite against him as the Rogues in a sequel.

For the first movie it's got to be Grodd or a Reverse Flash. Those are the two solo villains with the most history, and who present the biggest threat to Flash.

Captain Cold needs to be the uncontested leader. Captain Boomerang should carry over from Suicide Squad (assuming he lives through it).

To round out the cast, Golder Glider would be cool in her New 52 version to add some female faces to the cast, Mirror Master, and lastly Heat Wave should round out the starting cast.

Sequels can add Pied Piper, Trickster, and/or Weather Wizard if the Rogues continue to play a role. I'd like the progression of villains to go Rogues -> Grodd -> Professor Zoom if the series turns out to be a trilogy. The Rogues may, unfortunately, need to fade to the background as the trilogy carries on so that Grodd and Zoom get their due.

However, if Sinister Six does well (assuming it ever releases), I'd rally behind the idea of a Rogues dedicated movie. Unlike the S6, I feel like they could pull off a Rogues movie without the titular hero from the main franchise. The DCU is integrate enough to pull an antagonist from elsewhere to have the team go up against who isn't Flash-related.

Suicide Squid?

Suicide Squid?

Some of the Rogues did a stint on the Squad from time to time. During the 1980's Digger Harness aka Capt. Boomerang, did a pretty long tour of duty on the Suicide Squad. He was a core character of the book for quite a while. Chances are good they may use him in the Squad film.

Mirror Master is my fav but I would imagine folk may prefer Prof Zoom for film.

Zoom as great he is but Mirror Master with perhaps Pied Piper as an added help or hinderence of the yet to be written script?

:woot:

Suicide Squid?

The thing with Suicide Squad is that not many of those characters have an iconic tie to any mainstream DC hero. Deadshot has been an enemy of a number of characters, but isn't any archrival. Same goes for Plastique, Multiplex, Bronze Tiger, and the rest of them.

The Rogues and the Sinister Six, on the other hand, are as iconic as you can get for antagonists of the Flash and Spiderman. People would be more inclined to question where Flash and Spidey were in solo movies for them than they are going to question where the laundry list of foes Deadshot has faced are in his movie.

Ben Foster is Captain Cold

Yeah, that could work too but I'd rather Copley be used for a more interesting (and crazier) character.

The villains I want to see are Captain Cold, Gorilla Grodd, Mirror Master, & Reverse Flash.

Any actors cast will have to work hard to be as good as Wentworth Miller and co. in my opinion.

Would you like him to be in the Flash as part of the rogues?
When IGN caught up with Jai Courtney to talk all things Insurgent, they asked the Australian actor whether or not he's had chance to suit up as Captain Boomerang yet, and it sounds like the villain will definitely be one of the Suicide Squad's more unique members. "I’ve had a few fittings, but the costume is in development as we speak," he teased. "It’s not going to look like anything that’s been done before, and I think this whole world will look a lot different than anything else." Seeing as all of these villains must have prior history with superheroes - or at least the law - to be locked up in Belle Reve, the site quizzed Courtney on the chances of him making some sort of appearance in The Flash starring Ezra Miller. Sadly, he wouldn't give anything away! "I’m not withholding anything, but that is a dialogue that hasn’t been opened yet," is all he would say. It would definitely be interesting to see that sort of crossover, but The Flash is still a long way off so it's hard to doubt his claims that that hasn't even been discussed. What do you think?

Walton Goggins as Captain Cold.
Will Arnett as Eobard Thawne.

Ever since Lost, I thought Michael Emerson would be a good Captain Cold. He's older, and is shown to be very wise and quite the manipulator. Which would explain his rise to be the leader of the Rogues.

Have the other Rogues older than CW's Flash. Might confuse people into thinking they copied. What would be really interesting is if the Rogues have been around and The Flash is the new kid on the block. They realize they can't go solo anymore and team up, making "Rogues" an irony.

If & when Captain Cold comes out facing The Flash on the big screen, what´s a proper look for him without him looking too silly? Would the winter coat with hoodie & ice ray gun look too campy?
