He isn't struggling, he's just young and just starting out. But he's been telling me about behind the scenes stuff for years and hasn't given me any false info yet.

What you believe is up to you.

I believe it. Makes sense.

just got back from the movie....only one thing thats really bugging me that i need to know; why was Hayden Panettiere's [blackout]hair cut so f**king awful?![/blackout]

I completely disagree. I thought she rocked it hard. And you never see girls looking like that in these types of movies so it went against the trend. There was nothing wrong with her look at all.

I really think he'd be MORE fumming in the EW they just put out and less friendly about the fight if that were the case. I mean I wouldn't all ''LOL. I'm willing to continue the story. I have twists. I have turns. Nevermind that the main ****ing reasoning behind those turns is defunct now, but I can do it."

Yes but maybe he's over being a grump now? I don't think he's going to bad mouth anyone. They did use his story and script afterall.

<(o_o)> please use spoiler tags. or don't post at all. that's a very ****** thing to do.

i guess if the goal was for her to look like a butch lawyer from a cheap CW prime time television show that takes place in the 90's.....

I'm sorry, I won't post anything else.:csad:
You can post, just please use spoiler tags. There are alot of key posters from this thread who still haven't seen the movie and we just want them to experience like we did that's all.

I ****ing loved it.

I can't place it against the trilogy yet, need more viewings but it's a pretty solid, honest, and smart sequel.

Original is obviously numero uno, and 2 is just as good but one thing I've always disliked about 2 and 3 is the re-hash of the thrid act in a way. I will definitely say this one had massive balls for that twist. Just amazing, interesting and cool. I loved how the films of the real life have affected the real life.

"Don't **** with the original." might be the best line in a Scream film, now...

I don't know what the future holds but the only thing I would have changed is have Jill's twist not show up for another movie or two.

Wow, also the shot of Anthony dying with GF behind him might be one of the coolest shots of the series.

And, Kevin was as awesome as always with dialogue. So many great pop culture drops. This basically was an mix of everything awesome in the original 3 with a nice new kick to it.

What was Jill's line about sanity to Sidney? Wasn't it something like ''Sick is the new sane." I loved that line.

Also Jill must have a lot of power behind her skinny little frame, because Charlie was at the Stab-A-Thon. So that means she managed to not only stab through a grown man's forehead with a knife, but also stab through a door to kill her mother.

I'm sorry I just don't see it. She looked amazing and it gave her edge and a sense of maturity. I think Hayden pulled it off quite well.

So got back from the midnight show not long ago, and wow, that was ******* awesome. I mean Scream-level awesome. Really threw me off as to the true identities of the killers.

Wow, I wasn't sure about Charlie, but Jill caught me completely off guard. I kept saying I didn't think it was Hicks cause they did that scene with her looking all scary at the beginning, so I knew she was out. I didn't think Trevor would be it cause it would have been the Billy angle and therefore a cliche', but I never thought that it would be Jill of all people. Her reason was stupid, I mean it was believable in the age of Facebook stardom and all, but really, what a selfish *****.

I don't know why so many complained this movie dragged. It seemed a nic elength to me, never seemed to long or drawn out, and I really did not want it to be over. Solid 9/10 for me.

Yes well to her advantage she had them all by surprise, so she had that working against them and she killed her mom by sticking the knife throw the mail slot. Loved that!

I believe she
stabbed her mom via the mail slot.

I enjoyed this more than Scream 2 and 3 actually.

The opening live up to the hype , very funny.

I enjoyed all the new characters but didn't mind most of their deaths with one exception. I would of made [BLACKOUT]Kirby[/BLACKOUT] a survivor .
Although the characters death was very nicely done.

The reveal / Killer(s) was an entirely awesome sequence. It also makes everything in the film fall into place. It probably sounds terrible on paper but it makes sense in it's twisted way.

Also this film never felt overlong and I almost didn't want it to end.

This is an 8.5/10 for me. I don't see where they could go with a Scream 5 and I'd accept it ending here.. who knows.

I completely agree. That sequence brought everything together for me.

Yeah. It's odd how I feel after this. Normally after a movie I'd be wanting more, but I'm okay with this being the last one, but I'm also okay with them doing Scream 5 if the idea is good enough.

And

I'll have to make sure to make sure to catch the fact Jill kills Aunt Kate through the mail slot.

It makes sense how the killer was able to get past them , they never thought to look right under their noses.

Bullets I'm glad you liked it! And I agree :

Killing off Kirby is my biggest problem with the film. I just can't get over it! To think of her lieing there, bleeding to death really irks me......I just cared for her too much. Hayden was great!

Did anyone else like the sad little face Dewey does when he walks into the massacre scene at Kirby's house and sees Sidney? I felt so bad for him.

This.

It was fast and had a different pace unlike the trilogy because this film was "Jill and Charlie's" film. haha

The line that Jill asks if they are "on time" or something was so spot on. This is the most meta of them all...

I do wish we got the original opening though, would have added more suspense...
