So what does that mean? We get to see Alfred...looking at a building being rebuilt?
Lol, no, I think he meant he'd be giving the workmen instructions as Bruce likely will have other things to attend to.
Okay, I'm gonna clarify a couple of things because I'm reading over my posts and there is a lot of babbling and not much sense. Sorry, got carried away.
Okay - what we have are two apparently different people who posted information on the scriptment written by Goyer and Nolan. One claims to have read it (that would be Troy, the post I linked to), the other claimed a friend read it and gave him details (I'll call him Q.)
Timeline wise, Troy came first as I seem to recall Q posting his info (which was more detailed) in Aug/Sep time.
The reason I decided to share this was because they are not exactly the same. Which is why I'm even going to entertain the idea this might be true.
Some stuff I missed off and/or didn't catch before - the Scarecrow cameo mentioned by Troy (both of them quoted the scriptment as saying it was the 'house that Batman built. Hmm) was explained by Q as being a Silence of the Lambs-like sequence where Gordon and Bats visited him for some insight into the Joker.
Q never mentioned the replay of the end of BB but both mention the Some Time Later title card. Nor did he mention the 'house cleaning' described by Troy.
Most interesting. IF there is any truth here, I wonder if there was more than one version floating around. The Penguin discrepency is odd.
I could kick myself for never saving Q's post. But honest to god, I thought it was just typical IMDB crap. Still could be crap of course.
