Jazz definately needs to come back, he tackled both Brawl and Megatron head on when others wouldnt. I loved it when he attacked Brawl head on.

Exactly! As soon as Brawl started firing shots off Jazz was the first to go right at him and ended up doing some serious damage, and when Megatron showed up he went right at him as well, no hesitation at all, OP needs to use a little bit of the All Spark and bring back Jazz.
i didnt' want him to die, but i hope even more that they dont' bring him back through a technicality.
I also wish they gave him a better death.
I do hope he comes back, i thought he was cool, as you said he did some real damage to Brawl and tackled Meg's.
I dunno, I know exactly what you are saying, if they bring him back, it will mean anyone can be brought back at any time, which will make all death's meaningless.
But at the same time, Jazz was really cool and i would love to see him back.
well megatron wil come back 100%. but i guess its a different story. he absorbed the allspark.I do hope he comes back, i thought he was cool, as you said he did some real damage to Brawl and tackled Meg's.

I agree, I don't want the death's to be meaningless, but I think that in this case Jazz needs to come back, he was killed off way to quickly and deserves better.
If they did that then there would be people whining and moaning that they hadn't killed off any of the Autobots. That is my view on it as well. But I stand by the notion that they should've waited until the sequel before killing off any of the Autobots.
there had to be an autobot that gets killed. That is my view on it as well. But I stand by the notion that they should've waited until the sequel before killing off any of the Autobots.

there is always a spoldier that dies.
rachet repair autobots so he couldnt die. BB didnt die because of the connection with sam.
ironhide..........for chritst sake its ironhide. he is a badass.
OP...........OP
jazz was the only logical choice.
IMO

I see what you're getting at. Killing off one the Autobots does add a sense of realism to the TF's war by showing that even the good guys aren't immune from death. I just think that in the sequel, they will have the oppurtunity to develop the Autobots more and killing off one of them in part 2 would carry more weight to it.

Megatron NEEDS to come back though, he is the main antagonist for the moment, plus he wasnt in the first movie long.
Jazz is a different story really.
Possibly, but the scene was there for 2 reasons IMO, to show the threat that Megatron poses AND to show that there are always casualties in war.
BUT, saying all of this, i do want Jazz to return, he was cool and brave little bastard and i want to see more of him. Plus if this is the only time we see him in the franchise, he definately should have put up more of a fight to Megatron.

thats jazz?Classic Jazz transformation

I laughed when Jazz died in the movie, does that make me a bad person.![]()
, it also means you don't like puppies and kittens
t:I think they could've gotten away with not killing any of the Autobots. I know that they probably wanted to reenforce the notion that casualties are inevitable in war, but the Autobots weren't greatly outnumberd and had human assistance so I don't think it is that far fetched that all five could've came out of the battle alive.
I have to wonder though. If any of the rumors are true that they plan on bringing Jazz back in the sequel are true, makes me wonder what the point of killing him in the first movie was?

Yeah, they could have just shown Meg's severly beating on Jazz until he was nearly dead and then Prime shows up and Ratchet helps Jazz.
I know if they bring him back in the sequel it will make his death pointless, but i hope they do it, as he was awesome, and the only one who refused to flee when Megatron showed up.
I don't think it makes his death pointless, I think it showed just how powerful and evil Megatron was, if it makes his death pointless then would it not be the same for Megatron?
