I thought the same thing
there were several witnesses. Not a single person recognized him? Not a single person could describe him for a police sketch? I mean the security guard that actually caught him couldn't? Lets not forget he LEFT the weapon which has his fingerprints all over it in one of the cars. Its not like Lip did this at some place he will never go again. He did it on the damn campus which he will be on every single day. Its ridiculous that he could do something so public and continue to be around the scene of the crime on a regular basis and not be caught. The fingerprints on the weapon is a guaranteed way to catch him as the culprit
Ive actually never seen CSI, but that's besides the point. You're not taking into account the other points I brought up like Lip still appearing at the school and most definitely likely to be seen again by those especially security that saw him commit the crime. You give a very basic description, but they got a good look at him so a police sketch should be able to identify him. Putting that out there in the paper/news, narrows things down. Come on, absolutely none of those students, whom aren't his friends, aren't going to rat him out? Not to mention a police investigation would find that he had an appointment with the dean and left the building moments before this all happened. This was an impulsive act that Lip didn't think through. Given all this, its hard to imagine how he wouldn't be arrested bc he took no precautions to hide his identity and/or cover this up and an investigation would uncover that."Fingerprints on the weapon"? You've been watching far too much CSI. As someone who has been victimized by crime and also been the perpetrator of a few, cops, much less campus security, hardly ever dust for prints.
People can describe him all they want, it's a poly tech school in Chicago, there are probably a hundred or so guys, and probably girls, who fit Lip's description. Also take into account that it's the week of midterms, the faculty must make a student into an enemy in each one of their classes.
Blonde guy, short, athletic build, white shirt, blue jeans. That description doesn't help much.
true, but there are ways around firing someone. Like if he finds out about her cocaine charge, that right there gives him ammo to do so. He could also make working there miserable for her to force her to quit. She mentioned that the dad owns the business as boss, could decide that there needs to be cutbacks, with Fiona as the newest hire, getting the short end of the stick. You are right in that Mike is better than that, which proves why she doesnt deserve him.^ I think its obvious that Ian hashis behavior was right in line with Monica's.Bi-polar disorder
And to fire Fiona because a personal relationship went sour would be a lawsuit and Mikes to good for that anyway. She needs an ass whopping for leaving that cocaine within reach of the children, though.
And it seems Carl is finally seeing his dad for what he is...
they seemed like a much better fit for each other. She's out of her league with a guy like Mike bc she is such a mess and the typical guy with a career and life going for him wont put up with that.Fiona's no good with Jimmy either. He just does the screwing up while Fiona is stressed and unhappy.
