Shameless

Frank turned Sammi into a supervillain lmao. By the way when did Debbie become a ghetto southside girl?

Gosh, I was so excited until that tag clip happened at the end. I want her to be dead so badly...

Also, so crazy that
Monica
showed up.

IKR? I kept wanting her dead and was happy when it seemed like it happened

Kevin is crazy to think that going on a date is on the same level as banging a bunch of random college girls. That was him trying to deflect. I hope this is the end of their troubles though. Even though its unrealistic, Im over that storyline

I dont get whats wrong with that teacher, now screwing Lip in his college dorm. This is another dumb storyline. Did he ever even get into her class? I hate how the show looked like they were using this story to give him a wakeup call to become more responsible and take control of his life and they completely dropped the school aspect. Like did they even tell us the outcome of his financial aid issues? Did it clear out or does that not matter now since the story is about him having sex with the teacher.

Wasnt expecting [blackout]Monica[/blackout] to show up but Im intriguied about where they go next

This show is just horrible now. I think I'm done after this season. Fiona's constant flip-flopping on guys is insanely tiring(the Steve/Jimmy cameo was useless). Frank is doing the exact same thing that he's been doing since season 1. I really don't care at all about Ian, even though I feel like I should, but it just seems forced. Sammie is annoying. Debbie and Carl fill their roles, just like Frank. Kevin and V were horrible this season. Lip was interesting, and then they already messed that up, and he's back to his "Gallagher ways". Mickey is seriously the only character that doesn't feel like he's doing a caricature of himself. Everyone else just keeps falling back on the 'ol, "hey we're just Gallaghers, doing Gallagher things, cause we're the Gallaghers". Every single character is back to square one, except for Mickey. I've just seen it already.

All I'm gonna say about last weeks episode is Sasha Alexander is smoking hot.

Sort of odd finale.

Fiona needs to figure her **** out and Debbie does not need to get pregnant.

Gosh, Ian breaking up with Mickey was hard... then the had to ruin the moment with stupid Sammie, why isn't she dead?

Lip stuff was whatever, sadly. And, Frank's storyline was a nice chance of pace but not essential.

It was a fun season but far from one of my favorites.

Recently read, Noel has a lot of film prospects lined up and that might determine him coming back as Mickey. He's become my favorite part of the show, would be sad to see him go... but, he's so awesome, I'd love to see him hit it big outside of Shameless.

This show sucks now. I stand by my comment above. They need new writers or something. The only character that I didn't even give two ****s about before hand, is the only character that actually felt fleshed out: Mickey. Other than that, it was just the same old cock tease of "this character is going in this direction...oh wait, psyche! They're just Gallaghers, doing their Gallagher thing".

I'm done.

Because Mickey (and Mandy) suck at killing people.

Everyone else?

*Lip's pretty much regenerated back to his old self: falling for the wrong ones. I really like him and ol' girl together compared to him & Karen and now him and that teacher

*Fiona needs to pick or just be celibate. Still, I'll say guitar man and cafe' guy are a step up from Jimmy/Steve/Jack, Cups dude (and his brother)
*Not here for Debs being preggers
*Ian and Mickey splitting was sad
*Frank.... still a catch you next Tuesday (i.e. selling Carl and Chuckie out) but managed to make a dying woman's last days cut loose

*Glad Kev and V are back to normal; I really don't want next year repeating this year's divisive arc.

*I did LOL at Carl and Chuckie's lil gang war at the end.

That was a horrible finale. Not much positive to say

Kevin is ruined for me after this story. He came across very disgusting in that hospital visit not being sure of how many girls he cheated with

Debbie is possibly pregnant...who didnt see this coming? How did she get so stupid? Her character has gone completely downhill

Fiona is a skank. Now she loves her boss? I hate how she literally bounces form guy to guy

i dont get the point of Lip's story with the teacher. That led to nowhere except his girl getting mad and punching him? Whatever...

I feel bad for Mickey. Loving Ian isnt worth all the baggage and mess that comes with i

Yeah, that finale was weak.

Man, I remember when I first learned about this show, and I watched two seasons over the course of 3 days. I caught up on this season over the weekend, but it didn't carry the same weight that the first two seasons did for me.

Final thoughts.

The last three episodes felt like the season finale.
Fiona needs to get her s*** together. She hasen't learned anything. IMO should have married Gus, and then left with him.
Lip is the only character moving anywhere. The rest are just in a stalemate. (Probably fitting, but still.)
Mickey is the character that's changed the most. y'know, developed.

Well, that's just my opinion. I'll see myself out. K'bye.

I loved Frank's storyline with Bianca was kinda sweet. There was a clear attempt on his part to get her to enjoy what little time she had left without making it seem like he was taking complete advantage of her. There were genuine moments where he made the conscious choice not to be a selfish a$$hole.

But yeah, Mickey is the only character on the show that has grown significantly since the show started at this point. Getting to the point where he realized he wanted a relationship with Ian was one thing, but for him to come out to everyone, including his father, that was one of my favorite scenes of the whole series.

If I recall correctly, Lip in the original series was never on the show again after going to college. But I agree, the backsliding of all these characters is getting tiresome.

New promo for season 6

They bumped up the premiere date to jan 10. New year new Shameless lol got to love it. Even tho I know some of u guys didn't like season 5. I thought it was still enjoyable even tho it didn't reach season 4 heights.

The first episode of season 6 is on YouTube.

Pretty good opening, although I hope Frank isn't this annoying all season.

Yeah I enjoyed it. Micky is breaking my heart. I like the new direction their taking Lip. Debbie is acting really dumb. Overall tho a solid opening episode.

the stuff with Carl was beyond stupid and I hate that they are continuing with this leftover story from last year

His story has too many racial undertones that Im not here for. Its an embarassment

I think Carl's story is kinda true to life. I have guys in my family that are just like Carl. I get what you mean tho.
