Oh, mine is just one man opinion. But I also use facts. 40-50 million for a blockbuster is laughable. With that kind of budget we get bad looking movies.

Production value is important for such genre movies.

But 120 million is a good budget. Let's hope for the best.

More films need to start scaling back the budgets. Something like Suicide Squad would have benefitted from a 100 million dollar budget and R rating.

Didn't paranormal activity make millions on like 100,000 budget. You don't need all these special effects in a predator movie lots of real life explosions would look just as good if they focused on a beautiful looking predator with cgi. That's what made predator so great. That's why 80's action movies were so great. They learned how to make great films with decent budgets. I don't wanna see all movies like this needing 200 mil budget.

That was my beef with suicide squad instead of enchantress being the villain why couldn't be the joker trying to get Harley back by or letting out some villains to battle them and get Harley back. Ss missed on that dynamic

Im guessing he's taking the role 50 was up for. I mean Rhodes and 50 are basically clones of each other anyway. Obvious Rhodes is the better actor and I'm glad he's getting a higher profile role.

They haven't exactly made up for losing Del Toro. If they're going for more real, and less personality, then I actually change my mind and hope they do shoehorn Arnold in there.

I knew he was in bp but I didn't know filming is at the same time. He could have been in the carl weathers role only live this time. Good actor for real.

Since I don't actually watch Key & Peeles work (I'm not saying it's not good, I simply haven't gotten around to it), this doesn't do anything for me. The air is really being let out of the tyre. I hope they get some character actors on par with Busey, Paxton and Goggins in the previous films to round it out at least.

Kind of a surprising choice but I guess if Danny McBride can be in an Alien movie, no reason why Keegan Michael Key can't be in a Predator movie.
